This spacious traditional-style home sits on a 3/4 acre on a quiet road in an areawhich was formerly a working farm surrounded by over 100 acres of preserved land and pastures in a serene setting.
Upon entering the house, you will be greeted by stunning open, airy space with high vaulted ceiling. There is an elegant living room with plenty of space and a wood burning fireplace to relax in front of with friends and family. A hallway leads to a private, spacious master bedroom suite with a vaulted ceiling that features a king-size bed, walk-in closet, sitting area, en-suite bathroom with separate shower and bathtub, and direct access to the patio. Also on the main level is another bedroom that can double as an office, den or media room depending on your needs with its own en-suite bathroom. Rounding out the first floor is an open chef’s eat-in kitchen with double wall ovens, an island and all of the equipment you would ever need to make delicious meals. These outdoor spaces are equally perfect for intimate family meals or entertaining larger groups of guests.
The house is wired for sound with a Sonos speaker system that serves the main floor, master suite and the patio/pool area, and strong Wi-Fi service throughout the house extending into the patio area. Most of the bedrooms are equipped with LED smart TVs including a premium cable TV package and Netflix, Amazon Prime and Hulu. The additional amenities include an outdoor shower, six bicycles, 2-car garage, and laundry in the basement. Access to a private community tennis court is available. The house is fully stocked with plenty of bath and beach towels, extra linens, and anything else you could possibly need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay with your family and friends.
