Perfect beach house getaway within walking distance to the beach

Great communication, easy check in process and nice accommodations.

This stay exceeded my expectations. The property was beautiful and well maintained. The house was clean, cozy, smelt great! There was very nice amenities such as the fire pit and foosball table, and its in close proximity to local shops, restaurants, beaches, and museums.

The house was super clean and it had everything we needed. It was the perfect location for our vacation to CT.

Spent a few days Christmas shopping and enjoying the lights in Mystic Village! Always a treat. Don was quick and helpful with a question and we enjoyed our stay. Hope to return!

Great weekend getaway - close to the beaches and towns. Lovely little house with firepit and very quiet neighborhood.

Everything about this house was great. We loved the decor, the convenience to beaches and places of interest. The owners came when we had a problem with the TV. This is a great place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay. Hosts were very responsive to a few little issues that came up (wifi password issue, we blew a fuse). House is about a 15 min walk to a small beach which was great for our 5 year old. Walk was a totally doable distance for him. We'd never been to the area before so I can't compare it to other areas but it was a nice little long-weekend getaway home-base.

Came back to CT for my dad's 70th birthday in Old Lyme. Stayed here with my wife, sister, BIL, and two nephews. Perfect amount of space! Very clean! Great deck. Even had some deer run through the backyard to get the full CT experience. Beach chairs, directions to local beaches, and beach towels were greatly appreciated! Host great with communication. Would recommend!

Nice looking house , took my daughter who has health issues for a little getaway , numerous insects ! Unable to sleep at all Thank god my son came with us he killed countless spiders, grasshoppers, and some bugs we didn’t even know how to indentify . Told owner next morning , sent her husband supposedly to spray , but again nighttime was a nightmare we stayed in living room in chairs , unable to use bedrooms due to bugs! We left a complete day early and missed everything , mystic village , beach, we slept when daylight came and lost the days . Daughter was exhausted and felt horribly !!! All the owner said was , “well since you left a day early I’ll give you that back , but we didn’t see anything at the house .”And I sent pictures of them !! And not even a response to my voice message or text ! I am a widow and saved to do this and went home beyond hurt that someone would allow this to happen in their home and not make it right ! Air conditioners were we believe to be the reasons , sent pictures of spaces where you can see right through outside ! Hope it gets fixed for others .. I never post reviews , but them ignoring me afterward was just beyond anything I could have imagined . I spent a lot of money and we came home just so upset . We were really trying to have something positive for us finally to forget our troubles , but it turned out not to be thehe case !

Very coastal and homey, the adults and grandchildren loved it! Clean and relaxing and close to everything. Enjoyed the local beaches and restaurants. Thanks Donna and Bill
