Stayed Jan 21, 2022We visited Gainesville to go to a swim meet, a basketball game, and a tennis tournament. This house was perfect. It was beautiful, clean, had almost everything you could want, and was within walking distance of campus. Communication with the property managers was quick and easy. We have stayed in a lot of rental homes, and this was one of the best. We can't wait to go back.

Stayed May 2, 2025Charming home with plenty of space for the whole family! They even had a beautiful balloon bouquet in the living room for graduation- awesome extra touch and much appreciated!! The communication was great and the check-in/out process was very easy. We will definitely look to stay at this home again. :)

Stayed Mar 4, 2024This was our second time staying at this property with a group of friends to attend events at UF. Easy walking distance to the Stadium and O'Connell center, as well as Publix and restaurants. The house is clean and comfortable, and the hosts are attentive and communicative. We'll be back next year!
