Perfect 4 Bedroom Family Home - 150 Yards to the Beach.

Our Hilton Head Home is 150 yards from the best beach on the island. Coligny Plaza with shops, restaurants, a grocery store, bike rentals, and a movie theater is just a short walk. Low Country Celebration Park with the Adventure Playground is just a few blocks away.

The house is at ground level - no steps to climb. The pool and sun deck are outside the front door. Chaise lounges for sunbathing and two large tables with umbrellas for outdoor dining surround the pool. Tropical palms andlive oak trees create a canopy for the house and a lush landscaped berm gives privacy to the pool area. Our gas grill is next to the pool for that great steak or piece of fish. A separate bathroom off the pool provides convenience without dripping your way into the house.

The interior is designed with cheerful colors for comfortable beach living. The well-equipped kitchen is newly decorated. The living room, dining room, and kitchen are adjacent, creating a spacious gathering area where no one gets left out of the festivities. The kitchen has every amenity so you can cook up a storm or bake a frozen pizza. The vaulted ceiling living room looks out over the pool and ends at a floor-to-ceiling Savannah brick fireplace. A sleeper sofa, an overstuffed chair with an ottoman, and two leather recliners surround the entertainment center with its 65 Smart TV and all your favorite internet apps for ample viewing of a movie or a hot sporting event.

Our master bedroom (king-size bed) and second bedroom (queen-size bed) are suites with private baths. The third and fourth bedrooms in the rear of the house share a bath. One rear bedroom has a king-size bed and the other has two twin beds. Our pull-out, queen-size sofa completes sleeping accommodations for ten. Each bedroom has a flat-screen TV.

As an added convenience, our carport is directly off the kitchen for easy unloading of groceries, golf clubs, etc. Our wireless internet access is fast enough to play games. Bring a good book or enjoy one from our lending library. Take your morning coffee and walk to the beach to watch spectacular sunrises. A short drive brings you to beautiful golf courses. Miles of hard-packed sand and more miles of bike paths offer hours of great bicycling. With so many leisure activities available in this island paradise every day will be packed with new and exciting adventures.
