living areas. Casa Linda isa 24-hour guard gated community with controlled entry. Your
personal front door access code will be provided prior to your arrival. Complimentary shuttle
service is also included for convenient transportation to the beaches, supermarkets, the town
of Sosua and town of Cabarete.

The villa features 2 comfortable bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, air
conditioning, and quality furnishings, the layout provides plenty of space to enjoy time together
while still maintaining privacy. The living and dining areas connect seamlessly with a fully
equipped kitchen, high speed WI-FI and smart TVs ideal for quiet movie nights. Walk out the
sliding glass doors and onto a patio area that features a BBQ grill just steps away from your own
private pool. The area is peaceful and perfect for sunbathing, swimming, or enjoying quality
time with family and friends.

Important things to note:
A security deposit (Refundable-Mandatory) of $90 USD per room will be charged to a
credit/debit card at the time of check in. 48 hours after check-out this charge will be cancelled,
once confirmed there is no damage to the villa.

Electricity is not free in the Dominican Republic but its FREE with your reservation through
Amber Coast Retreats. Many hotels, apartments, and villas take meter readings at check-in and
check-out and customers are charged for the electricity used. If you run the AC all day this
charge can be quite costly. With us, your electricity is included so put this in the back of your
mind and enjoy your vacation.
