Peregian Holiday House - allows dogs, heated pool, spa & 5 mins to beach

The home was beautifully presented and fully air conditioned. All the furniture and beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was fully equiped-the hosts provided us with quality cookware, crockery and appliances. The photos are completely representative of this lovely property. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

On arrival we had to wait 30mins as the cleaning staff were still present. Whilst waiting in the garage we noticed water leaking down the back wall and onto the garage floor. A plumber arrived as well and told us there was a problem with the lower floor shower. We advised the plumber to look at the garage. We were actually grateful that the property was open as we had not received a door passcode or key access. The overall appearance interiorly was lovely. Unfortunately due to recent renovations there was construction dust on the main living area floor. The right side ensuite on top level has a water leak under basin into cupboard. The blind in top level main master bedroom is faulty and not working. The back screen door in the lounge was unable to be opened due to debris jammed in tracks. The pool and surrounds were not maintained or cleaned. An empty alcohol can was on the pool garden ledge. Lots of garden foliage in the pool on arrival and area was not swept.We turned on the spa and unfortunately it would not heat up. We did not get to enjoy. However, we did have an enjoyable stay overall and loved the convenience of beaches and the village close by.

Peregian Holiday House was a perfect venue for our family get together the house is very spacious and well equipped, well located being close to Peregian, Coolum and Noosa. The only negative was the weather gods weren’t kind to us for the first half of our stay ,however this didn’t affect the great time we all had catching up.

Excellent location . Spacious accommodation for all the family. House was well equipped and very clean. Swimming pool was a good size and the games area and TV room was used on our one rainy day.

We recently stayed at Peregian Beach for my 50th celebrations, with extended family. The house was perfect for what we needed, with space for everyone to spread out. We were there for an unseasonal heatwave so were in the pool most of the time! We loved the cinema, the kids played X Box too. The beds were extremely comfortable, lovely linen and good pillows. The Peregian shops and cafes were gorgeous, and I highly recommend Bask restaurant. There was a cute Sunday market also. The hosts were awesome with excellent communication and looked after us when the spa wasn't able to be used. All in all it was a great option for a larger group and we will be back!

4 couples thoroughly enjoyed our stay here at Peregian Beach. The house is ideally located close to the beach and the beautiful village of Peregian Beach, including great coffee, dining and shopping. The house is as described and enabled us to enjoy group activities as well as offering quiet spaces to escape as required. The pool and hot tub provided plenty of opportunities for much needed relaxation as did the cinema room.

Beautifully presented house with everything you could possibly think of - pool, spa, cinema room, ocean views and so much more. Great communication and very easy check in process.

We all enjoyed the accommodation very much. It had everything that we needed to make our 1 week stay hassle free for every age group. Easy walking distance to beach and eateries. Highly recommend.

I and 9 beautiful lady friends have been holidaying on a yearly basis for the last 28 years. This was our fourth booking at Peregian ( 1cancelled due to COVID) and was just as wonderful as the last 3. The house’s 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms accommodate us easily. Comfy beds and beautiful bedding and kitchen was very well fitted out and equipped. The weather wasn’t kind to us so the fabulous Media Room came in very handy. Would not hesitate to return yet again-although all the stairs are beginning to become a problem for some of our age group. Host Angel RealEstate was very accommodating and easy to deal with. Our only suggestion to the owners would be to cover the front stairway as it is extremely dangerous for any age group going up and down in the rain. However, 5 star rating from us. Cheers.
