We absolutely loved staying here! The house was beautiful, clean, and had everything we were looking for. The outdoor patio would be wonderful if the weather would’ve been nicer. The property owner was extremely nice and super quick to respond to any questions we had. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Great location, less than 10 minute drive to anything you may need! Loved the house! Had so much seating, amazing views, lots to do inside and out! Host is very responsive! Any questions or issues, he responded in less than 10 minutes. Had so many amenities. They put a lot of thought into making you feel right at home! And very clean! Less than 15 minutes drive to Stockyards. Would definitely stay here again!!!

House was nice and clean, close proximity to Stockyards. We were a group of 11 women so the 4 baths was great. The deck overlooking the water was very nice.

Wonderful experience! Plenty of room for all the kids. Everybody had a great time outside going up and down the Swiss family Robinson staircase. We enjoyed canoeing and hiking. Plenty of room for the kids and their gaming devices. The staircase was gorgeous one of my favorite parts. Plenty of room in the kitchen. The coffee station was also very nice. Everything we needed was already there.

Everything I could have asked for and more! Comfortable beds. Very clean which is important to me. Phenomenal view and relaxing back patio area!

We loved the extra space both, inside and out, for our group. The kitchen is well appointed for cooking and dining. The a/c works great! The back patio area was SO lovely in the mornings and evenings. We really enjoyed watching the jets take off from Carswell during the day.The morning walkers in our group were very excited that the Marion Sansom Park paved paths were accessible at the end of the street. The park would be great for bikes as well.The location was convenient for going to Northside. The house was also within Uber distance to TCU for the football game. There is one bedroom down. The stairs going the the 2nd floor would not be good for someone with accessibility issues. Likewise care should be taken going down the lower section of the path to the river due to uneven and loose terrain.

Property and amenities were as described or better. Lots of space, all tv’s had access to several streaming apps, view off the back patio was amazing and even some water and free snacks!!! The stairs to the lower dock were much more than expected…beautiful deck by the river but the water did not appear swimmable (green algae..may be just the late summer timeframe, not sure). Would definitely stay again if we’re in the area.

We needed a spot to host our 6 family members as we attended our son's wedding in Ft. Worth. This house provided us the space we needed!

We were in town for TCU graduation with family and we enjoyed the house very much . The outside area was amazing with incredible views of the river and the sunsets.

Made a lot of special family memories in this spacious house with a spectacular view to the west. The sunsets were gorgeous, and we loved listening to the birds in the morning. House was very clean, and the beds were comfy with extra blankets (which we didn’t need). The neighborhood is very quiet, yet only 10 minutes from stopping.

The house was beautiful and exactly what we needed for our reading getaway. It was peaceful and the views were amazing.

Beautiful sunsets and scenery. Highly recommend taking a walk down to the river. One note if you have someone in a wheelchair all the showers are upstairs. Owner is very helpful even for last minute issues. I do recommend this stay.

This very spacious home met our extended family's needs perfectly when we were in Fort Worth for a conference. I had several communications with the host and was pleased with the quick and accommodating responses. One of our favorite things was the amazing view from the back of the house, which I didn't know could exist in the Fort Worth area. The grandkids enjoyed exploring down the mountain in the back, which looked more like something from Branson or Tennessee than typical Texas terrain. I would say that the outside areas could use some attention - flower beds needing a good cleaning out, some things lying around outside or leaning against the back of the house, etc. Before we entered the house, we saw these things on the outside that did not make a good first impression. Even so, this property still gets five stars in our book, and we had a wonderful stay. Thank you!

Beautiful property, we weren’t there long but enjoyed one sunset and we saw some deer.
