This is a nice property. It would help to recommend a compact car for the tiny parking space. Good amount of plugs and charging stations. Great location.

Very nice townhome! Communication was thorough and timely, and the amenities were great.

This was a very comfortable and attractive townhome. The view from the rooftop is amazing with vistas of downtown a Seattle, Mt Rainier and other mountains, The beds are comfortable and cozy and the whole home was sparkling clean. We didn’t use the parking spot but it was easy to park on the street. Check in and check out were easy. The stairs are significant so as described don’t come here if you have any mobility issues, I enjoyed the built in exercise. The bathrooms are well designed and appointed with luxury towels and high end faucets/shower etc. The windows opened to let in fresh air. ( I often find rental properties have a smell and this absolutely does not. We had a great stay overall. We didn’t use the kitchen to do any cooking but for take out and breakfast it was well appointed with dishes and silverware. I highly recommend this townhome.

This is a great property for a small group! There were three of us and it was absolutely perfect. The listing is a little misleading (in a good way)- there are two full bathrooms; one has a tub/shower, the other just a shower (main suite). The property is three floors- main bed is on top, mid is the kitchen and sitting area, and lower is the secondary bedroom. The only slight negative is that there’s not a bathroom on the mid floor. So if you’re hanging out with drinks in the sitting area, you’re gonna have to either ascend or descend a flight of stairs to get to a bathroom. We had a rental car and there’s a tight space to back into but it was perfect for us. It was a short drive into downtown for all Seattle has to offer. It was all of ours’ first time to the PNW, and we were all very pleased with this property. Walked to the Woodland Park Zoo one of the days and highly recommend.

We love this location! This condo has served as our grandparents’ getaway more than once. It is in a nice walkable neighborhood close to the zoo. The condo is well maintained, clean and comfortable. We will keep it in our shortlist for places to stay when we plan our visits.

The townhome was well-appointed with a great kitchen. It is in a great location with easy access to parks, shopping, and restaurants. It was quiet and comfortable.

This is a great place to explore Seattle from!There are restaurants, a grocery store, the zoo and Green lake within walking distance. It is a quick ride to Seattle Center and Pike's Place Market.The neighborhood was nice and quiet, and the house itself was really nice, rooms were comfortable.We enjoyed many evenings on the roof where we could see the Cascade mountains, Mt. Rainier, the Space Needle, and downtown. We even watched the Blue Angels from the roof while they were in town for Seafair.

Incredibly clean, quiet, bright and inviting! The decor was lovely and comfortable, especially the beds, linens and pillows. Peaceful and adorable! Communication with the host was perfect. I love Fremont and would recommend this listing to anyone! So central to all things fun in Seattle. We will ABSOLUTELY be back! Thank you for a wonderful time!

Please communicate whether designated parking in back is available to rental guests and what to do with garbage and recycling during a week long stay. Otherwise very comfortable.

The location was great. Very close to shopping and food options. Also close to our family which made it a perfect place for us. We enjoyed Seattle very much.

The pictures made this layout feel a little more spacious than it is. The living area wasn’t particularly comfortable and there was no way to configure it to even put my feet up.

My husband, son and I had a great time staying in this townhouse. The location could not be beat for exploring the neighborhoods and attractions. The kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable. Very clean and well appointed.

We had a wonderful stay near family and enjoyed the Zoo along with other sites. We are walkers and the neighborhood was quite amenable to that activity.Would stay here again.

Spent 2 nights to watch a hawks game. Great location that was close enough for the venue but far enough away to have parking that was easy.. very clean and updated place.. comfy beds and living area

The property was very clean and had everything we needed. It’s a beautiful home and the location is perfect - close to Seattle without being in the heart of the city, and you can walk to the zoo, which was excellent, by the way. We really enjoyed our stay!

We had a great stay. Was the cleanest space we have stayed in and we travel lots! Parking was available in a designated spot as well as lits on the street. Comfy beds.
