Welcome to Penthouse Surfside Oasis — a stunning upper-unit retreat just steps from a serene sandy beach and a world-class surf break in Ventura. The highlight A spectacular private rooftop deck with 360° views and picture-perfect sunsets over the Pacific. Inside, a modern and breezy great room with an updated kitchen and ocean views sets the tone for a truly memorable coastal escape.



The space

️ Primary Bedroom

A spacious king bed with a dresser, TV, and an attached full bathroom. Step out onto the private balcony facing the mountains for a peaceful morning start.



️ Bedroom 2

A comfortable queen bed with a closet. This room also connects to the shared balcony with the primary bedroom.



️ Bedroom 3

A cozy bunk room with a single-over-full bunk bed and a closet — perfect for kids or extra guests.



Bathrooms

Two well-stocked bathrooms. The primary en-suite has a shower, bathtub, and sink. The hall bathroom, shared by Bedrooms 2 and 3, has a tub shower, sink, and toilet. Both come stocked with towels, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner.



Living Room

A bright and breezy living room with a couch and smart TV (Netflix and other streaming services). Slide open the glass doors and let the coastal air in.



Dining

The kitchen dining table seats 4. Head up to the rooftop and you'll find another dining table — perfect for dinner with a view.



Kitchen

A fully stocked open kitchen with cups, plates, pots, pans, and all your cooking basics. A drip coffee maker is provided along with complimentary Starbucks coffee and half and half.



Laundry & Garage

The washer and dryer are located in the garage. Detergent isn't guaranteed — we recommend bringing your own, but feel free to use any that's available. Please keep the garage door closed when not in use.



Beach & Outdoors

The home is just a block from the beach — tide pools and a surf break to the left, a sandy beach straight ahead. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys are provided in the garage, with extra towels in the living room.



Up the pink spiral staircase, the private rooftop deck is all yours — 4 loungers, a gas BBQ, a dining table, and unobstructed 360° views. The perfect spot to catch the sunset.



Parking

Feel free to park anywhere in the driveway except directly in front of the garage.



WiFi

High-speed WiFi throughout the unit. The password can be found in the Welcome Book inside the home.



Guest access

The entire upstairs unit is yours to make yourself at home. Just a heads up — a few areas are off limits: the locked owner's closet, the bike in the garage, and the downstairs patio and hot tub. We're always just a phone call or message away if you need anything during your stay!

    We needed a beach house close to Carpinteria. Cutely decorated, great rooftop view, easy parking, and easy access to the beach. The cliff house inn is close by and has a wonderful restaurant you can walk to and it also has amazing views. Great place to stay.

    Loved our stay along the amazing Ventura/Santa Barbara coast, looking directly out at Little Rincon Island and the Richfield Pier. What a spot! The view from the roof deck was spectacular. Would love to come back in the winter to watch the surfing right out front.
