Peninsula Lake Home With POOL /HOTTUB~ Amazing Lake Views ~ Water On 3 Sides!

Our family (11 people) really enjoyed this house. As you can see from the pictures, it is right on Lake Hamilton. We rented a boat (not cheap but worth it) and took advantage of the lake, pool and hot tub.The communication was clear, quick and exactly what you would want with a rental. Downtown hot springs is a 15-20 minute drive away so we spent most of our time at the house. There is a wal-mart 5 minutes away, which was convenient for groceries. The kitchen was well equipped and perfect for a large group. Overall we loved the place and would enjoy coming back!Kevin

If you want beautiful, unobstructed, peaceful lake views with the convenience of a pool and hot tub in the backyard then this is the place for you. It really is a little slice of heaven that is resort quality without all the crowds. Commutation with the host, Brian, was effortless and very friendly. Great place to relax.

Third year here with gals from high school! These 70 something ladies love it! Beautiful and peaceful views of lake, loved the pool. Host is the best!

This is our 4th year to stay at this property. We love the entire place. One level, on the water with beautiful views. The house is thoroughly clean and bright. We will always return to stay in this home every year.

This property has everything you could wish for inside and out. Our group of 11 had plenty of space to sleep, eat and relax. I look forward to returning in the future!

The property was as described and the host was highly responsive. We had a minor issue with the microwave that was fixed within 30 minutes. There was a challenge with the use of a high end stove that ruined some of our food, but the host sent repairmen immediately and the problem was really beyond his control and required special parts. We found a work around that helped. Overall, the kitchen had plenty of cookware, utensils, etc.The check-in and check-out processed were seamless and the host/property had a number of nice amenities that are not often available. The home was clean with more than adequate parking - often difficult to find in that area. Once we have our dates identified, we will reserve again for next year,

The property was as described. The outside area had not been swept recently and the house smelled very musty when we first arrived. Christmas decorations were still on table and in dining area. The main bedroom closet had no bar to hang cloths and seemed to be more of a storage for roll-away bed and port-a-crib.Otherwise, the house was great for our needs. The kitchen is fully equipped and roomy enough for three cooks at the same time. We particularly enjoyed the outside areas.

Everything was as advertised, parking is incredibly tight though with very little clearance in the car port. The charcoal grill was not clean, at all. We discarded the ash that was there and cleaned the grill as we went. This seems to be a problem in most locations we have stayed so its anticipated at this point.

This a wonderful place to stay with your family. The house was clean and cozy, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for cooking meals and there was plenty of room for everyone. The pool and hot tub were a nice bonus as well. We enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to vacationing here again.

This home was absolutely perfect for our annual couples Valentine’s trip! There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out while still having great areas to gather…especially the living spaces and back deck. The views are beautiful and the setting feels private and relaxing.The kitchen was very well stocked and we loved the large ice maker, such a nice touch for a group stay. Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described.The host was very responsive and easy to work with, which made the whole experience even better. The location was great…close enough to enjoy Hot Springs but still tucked away for a peaceful getaway.We had such a great time and are already talking about coming back next year!

The house was very well stocked and you could certainly feel the pride of ownership. We enjoyed our stay!

We had a great time. The house is great. There is plenty of room for gathering and the kitchen is awesome. Loved having the ice machine didn't have to worry about going and picking up ice. Brian the host is excellent. He answered all the messages I sent him very fast. Hoping we can go back in the summer to enjoy the pool.

Everything was perfect! We were very happy with the layout of the home and the amenities! There were 8 adults and 6 children ranging from 5 years to 13 years old. The kiddos really enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boards. We also enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit! The location was perfect! The views were spectacular! We hope to return.

Didn’t use the pool or hot tub. Had some guests that had trouble navigating the steps entering the house. Thought it was one level except going into the living area. We were able to manage.

Really need to include information regarding tri level floor plan. Maybe I missed that but it was really too many steps and stairs for 6 74 year olds. Location is perfect. View is perfect. House could use a few more closets or hooks in some of the bedrooms for hanging clothes. We had a great time and loved the deck and water view. Very peaceful. Host was very helpful. No complaints. Just need fewer levels for our particular group.

Plenty of rooms and bathrooms for 11 of us. Beautiful views from three sides of the home. We enjoyed lots of use of the pool and the hot tub. We enjoyed gathering in both living spaces, but our favorite was on the back deck. The kayaks got good use and we even had a little friendly competition with the ring hook toss game (look for the tree in the back). The kitchen was well supplied and we really liked the large ice maker built in to the kitchen island. Easy drive to Garvan Gardens and to downtown Hot Springs.

Wonderful house surrounded by the lake! Plenty of room for large families.

The kitchen was awesome, we didn’t use the pool, one person used the hot tub. The host was very informative for us and we had a little problem with garbage disposal and he had someone to come and check it out within a little while. This was a very wonderful trip for all of us. A couple from Ohio, couple from Alabama, surviving spouse from Georgia and couple from Oklahoma . The property is awesome and everything they say on the description. Loved it here

This home was beautiful. The pool overlooking the lake was a dream come true. My self and lady friends enjoyed our own bedroom and bath. The kitchen was huge. We gathered for conversation in dinning, family room and deck every day.

Wonderful property, second year for group of high school friends, now 70 something and still getting together. Loved the hot tub addition. Brian is a great host! Looking to book for next year. Unique property with beautiful views and updated interior!

2nd year here, this place has everything e need! The view, access to the lake and pool is fantastic.

Very roomy. Nice pool and hot tub! Appliances galore including an under the counter ice maker. Always had ice for the cooler. Plenty to do around there too!

We came to celebrate our son’s 10th birthday with him and a few of his friends. The house and view is absolutely beautiful. The boys loved the pool so much. We also got to fish off the bank. They even had toiletries in the house if you forgot something which came in handy because I forgot a couple things. Everyone was friendly in the neighborhood as we came and went they always waved. The passing boats did the same. Great communication and we plan to be back again.

First - the host was extremely attentive and was easy to communicate with the entire trip (even before the trip). Brian got back with me immediately and did his best to rectify any issues. He was very thoughtful and had sympathy flowers delivered to the house after we checked in due to a death in the family. We appreciated his attentiveness and thoughtfulness. Good host!!! Location was great. The cons... we were not impressed with the condition of the house. Upon arrival, there were bugs (midges) EVERYWHERE on the outside of the house. There was obviously zero attempt to clean any of the bugs up prior to arrival. Someone could have at least swept up the millions of dead midges all over the porch and door and windows. They were EVERYWHERE. Including - inside the house! We were disgusted. None of the windows had been cleaned. So, all of the dead bugs were stuck to the windows and doors. This also should have been cleaned by the cleaning crew. There were also tons of spider webs on all of the bushes around the house and pool. All over the pool toys and midges and spiders all over the kayaks (that were all broken) and paddle boards (that were missing paddles). The master bathroom was horrible. Shower head was duct taped up, as well as a mirror. Toilet didn't work and was missing tiles. Rust on ceiling. Shower wouldn't drain due to drain full of hair. Two other toilets didn't work well. And dishwasher broken. Not worth 1000/night!!!! Ridiculous for condition.

The whole stay was wonderful. The house is super spacious and fully stocked. The owner was responsive to any issues or concerns and even replaced a kayak that was damaged before we got there. The pool is a great addition and the lake and views are top notch. We had 13 people, 6 adults and 7 children and we were all comfortable and never felt cramped. Cooking was a breeze and there are multiple refrigerators. The location on the peninsula is a huge plus. Half the group could be playing in the lake or kayaking while others swam. We are hoping to be back! Thanks for a great trip.

Amazing home to enjoy Lake Hamilton. Our 10 adults loved the amenities. Kitchen is well stocked but the knives need sharpening. Beds are very comfortable. In case someone needs to know, there are many stairs. This wasn’t an issue for us but may be for others. We would love to stay here again!!

You won’t find a better equipped kitchen. One side of the house we put the teens and on the other side of the house were the adults. Beautiful views. We had a party of 8 so we all had plenty of room.

This is the fourth house we’ve stayed in on Lake Hamilton and by far the best. We loved the pool and the swim deck with kayaks and paddle boards. The house was well equipped with everything we needed and more.

Overall a great stay, very clean and well kept. I enjoyed the views in the morning and the access to the lake. A few suggestions for the owner: Outdoor lights by the pool for night time use. Some of the pool items were not great to use. We did have a pool guy come to clean and shock the pool while we were still using it ( This was not fun since the pool and hot tub could not be used while we were there). The oven door is broken, this was prior to us staying there. The bathtub shower head is broken and does not stay up so we had to use the handheld shower head the entire stay. The mirror next to the bathtub also needs to be fixed, it was broken prior to us coming. Overall it was a clean property with lots to do. We enjoyed staying here and enjoyed the views. Plenty of space for 13 people and enough bathrooms to keep everyone happy. Overall would stay again.

Our group has stayed here for four years in the Spring. Being on the water makes our visit very relaxing. The new owner is so nice and responsive. We are planning to return in 2026 and every year thereafter.

Amazing property for your vacation! I believe everything you could possibly need they had supplied. House has a nice fresh coat of paint inside. Any problem that came up, they were immediately on it to take care of it! They actually go over and beyond anything you need!! It’s so beautiful and nice and peaceful! Wish we could have stayed longer!! A rental you will never be sorry about. I’m sure we will be back again!!!

When we booked this house the pictures were gorgeous, but it was even better than we expected! It is beautiful and so big we could all spread out and have our own bedroom and bath. The outdoor areas are amazing and you cannot ask for better views!! The weather was horrible, storming every day, but the house was so nice and comfortable that we didn't mind so much. This home is very clean and is so well-stocked that it has any and everything you may need during your stay. The only minor problem we had was going up and down 2 or 3 steps inside and outside the home. We are all seniors and one is disabled so maneuvering steps is a personal issue. Other people may not find it an issue at all. And it will not stop us from booking this house again. We never wanted to leave! Thinking about making it an annual trip! Highly recommend! You won't be disappointed!!

We had a great time at this beautiful lake property. It was spacious and well-stocked. The pool and hot tub were perfect for the beautiful weather we were lucky enough to have during our stay.

This property is amazing! My family was there to celebrate my son’s 21st birthday. Brian went above and beyond to leave a Happy Birthday surprise for us which was very thoughtful. It was perfect for us. I wish I could have stayed several more days! We would love to come back!

We celebrated Thanksgiving with family. The kitchen was well stocked. We loved the living areas plenty of comfy furniture. The coffee table was huge and we used to do a puzzle and play a game. Beds were comfy. Plenty of bathrooms. We had plenty of spaces to park our cars too. We would stay again.

A great place to stay as we needed all bedrooms on the first floor. Very impressed at how well stocked with bedding, cleaning supplies and kitchen items. The weather did not cooperate as it rained a lot but it was November so we could not use the outdoors very much. One thing that could have helped our group as we were mostly older adults would be to have bars in at least one or two of the bathrooms and a hand rail for the two steps on the front porch. Great place though and the price was good.

The home on a huge lake with spectacular sunrises was wonderful. Nice to be close to stores & restaurants. Owner was in contact. We had a couple bulbs that burned out. Someone replaced them in a short time.We all enjoyed your home.

Home is large and the view is spectacular. The kitchen is well stocked. 4 couples stayed and there were no issues. Would highly recommend this vacation home!

Was a little dated especially the bathrooms. The sink in the far bathroom is falling off the wall by 1. The bathroom rugs were all dirty in most of the bathrooms. The door, in the first bathroom to the left as you enter the house, would not close completely. The American flag needs replacing. There were cobwebs everywhere, inside and out, especially the outside patio furniture. The toilet in the Master bath ran all night, as if it was trying to refill the tank. All tubs and shower bottoms were very slippery. The different levels of the house, and thresh holds were trip hazards and hard to climb, and the front steps to the door were very hard to climb with no handrails. The parking garage was also dirty with lots of cobwebs. The refrigerator doors are so low to the floor that I scraped my feet twice just opening the doors. The microwave was undersized and low wattage. Needs a good cleaning or a new cleaning crew.

Nice clean beautiful

This is a beautiful, peaceful property with stunning sunrises and sunsets with ducks and geese adding to the beauty. Our group of 10 seniors from Indiana, Texas, Arizona and California, enjoyed this house - 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms was perfect for our group. The kitchen was well stocked and the laundry was convenient. We used both refrigerators and appreciated the icemaker as well. We spent many hours at the table, eating, chatting, and playing games. It easily seats 10 and a couple more could be added. The living area was cozy and comfortable. Upon our request, our host heated the pool (for an additional fee). And the deck was a favorite place to congregate. Our host provided a tray of items we might have forgotten - a nice touch! Brian was always quick to respond to any questions or needs that we had. We agreed that this was a wonderful place for our reunion and we would consider returning for our next one.

Plenty of space for everyone to gather together and spread out. We took advantage of the dock, pool, paddeboards ans kayaks, they were all great. The house had everything we needed. Couldn't as for anything more!

Brain (owner) was extremely helpful when we rebooked with him due to the house selling. The house is well kept and decorated. We were delightfully surprised at the numerous amenities that were in the house for us to use. We were outside on the dock or at the pool everyday. What a treat for us to enjoy. We will definitely come back.
