PENICHE as Estrelas Seaview Maison climatisée Next to Center Beach Surf Parking

We had a wonderful time staying at the Bouvier property in Peniche. The location is perfect as restaurants and grocery stores are within walking distance. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. Odete the on site manager met us and showed us around the apartment and made the check in and check out very easy for us. The kitchen was well stocked with all cooking equipment and a Nespresso coffee maker. The rooftop deck is as magical as it looks in the photos.

Very welcoming , helpful host. Very easy to communicate with. The property was beautiful , clean and private. In a great area with walking distance to many great stores , restaurants cafe and beaches. Would absolutely stay again.

This house is amazing! Wonderful for our family of 4. Had everything we could possibly need. Odette who met us is truly exceptional. Leaving us juice and fresh bread and cheese because it was too late to find something to eat. The owners were responsive and prompt with their communication and made things very simple. Peniche served as a home base for us to take day trips to places such as Sintra, Porto, Obidios and the Balengeal Archipelago. We were fortunate and grateful to have the cooler temperatures given that so much of Portugal was under a heat wave. We wished our week had a little more sun, but overcast skies provided cooler weather. If you are considering this property, I might ask the owners if they know the schedule of festivals. Because the house is so centrally located we arrived to the first night of a festival that played loud music/DJ until at least midnight with flashing lights from the carnival rides. We asked Odette and one of the food vendors and they said it would remain there for the month. I gather the locals who live nearby weren't exactly pleased as well to have this all month. It was great for a couple of nights to have authentic Portuguese food from food vendors and plenty of dessert opportunities. But our week was not the calm and tranquil week we had expected in Peniche. We are very happy to have visited this part of Portugal. Thank you!

Loved this place. Very spacious- bedrooms on the lower floor including a mezzanine area which the kids lived. Living/dining room/kitchen upstairs with lovely natural light leading out on to the roof terraces. Well stocked kitchen and plenty of goodies in the fridge awaiting us. Neighbourhood lovely too - quiet local area, right by the coast and very convenient to get around to the rest of Peniche either on foot or in the car. Communication with hosts very smooth and supportive

What a wonderful house. From the rooftop-terrasses we could see the sea and the Fortaleza, which is worth to be visited. The house and the interior is very stylish, we liked it a lot. Julia from the neighborhood gave us the key and showed us everything. There are wonderful beaches - Supertubos and the beach in Baleal.

The villa is perfectly located in the middle of Peniche and the owners were very helpful. The villa itself is charming and well-equipped. I warmly recommend this property.

Everything was as it appears. Lovely setting in a very fun neighborhood of young and old. We loved the villa, but know if you like wine cling to the walls. We are in are late fifties and traveled with our two sons 25 and 18 and a girlfriend 18. Lisbon airport easy and the roads are great. We are into the surf and the fish. My younger son and gf took a very cheap flight to Madrid while we were there to visit an exchange student they met in high school. All was lovely and decorated for the holidays-for us.
