I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pelican's Perch is in a great location, a few blocks to Duval and to the waterfront. It's an easy walk to many attractions and restaurants but when you return you come to a beautiful quiet location.

Stayed Nov 2, 2024Property as presented. Location great access to everything in Key West. Close to the pool back deck was great. Couldn’t ask for better location. Compass Realty is excellent to work with.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at Pelican Perch very much. The location was perfect. The condo accommodated the four of us very well. Although the kitchen was small, it was adequate in that we did no cooking while we were there. The owners supplied plenty of items need for dishwashing and trash, as well as for washing in the washing machine. The back deck and front porch were used daily. There were plenty of bath supplies, as well.We did have an issue with hot water and leaks, but the management company corrected it as soon as they possibly could.

Stayed Apr 13, 2024Our first time in Key West and we loved it! The house was wonderful from the front porch to the spacious back deck. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. It was perfectly located so we were able to walk everywhere! Will definitely be back!

The unit was clean and the location was perfect! We loved the back deck and being able to use the grill. Compass Realty was wonderful to work with and even went out of their way to mail our car keys that we left behind in the unit. Amazing customer service!

Stayed Oct 18, 2023Lovely property, gardens and grounds and pool area. Very close quarters in the downstairs bedroom. Seemed a bit tight. Very close and tight in the kitchen area, but totally accomodating with needed kitchen and basic cooking supplies. The dining area pretty much went unused, so a wasted space for us. Loved the porch and sitting out there and on the back deck. Utilized the grill and it worked perfect. Would probably stay in the Truman Annex area again, just without as many people.
