⭐Pelican Watch-Luxury Coastal Retreat w/ 5 Balconies Nea Rosemary & Alys⭐

Perfect house for a girls trip! It’s close to the beach and all the nearby shopping and restaurants. The kitchen and bedrooms were spacious and well equipped with everything we needed! We loved have a bathroom for each bedroom, as well as an extra full bath on the main floor. The beach is pretty crowded because it is the public access for a lot of the area, but we knew that going in. Would definitely recommend!

The Home was beautiful and just like it was described in the listing. (except the foosball table was rusted and broke) Great Location. Only had issue with management company when we were locked out the home because the keypad needed a new battery. The number to call you could not leave a message. After an hour, I finally got a response after many text, from the management company, but it took them another hour to arrive and get us back into the house. Otherwise our stay was wonderful.

Our stay in Rosemary Beach was fantastic! The accommodations were simply perfect. Everything you would require for an extended visit was provided by the homeowners. Pelican Watch was very spacious, extremely clean and in a convenient location to everything along 30A. Wonderful restaurants, shops, bike path, beach, pool, etc. were all within a very short walk. A quick drive provided easy access to everything else in the area. We couldn’t have been happier with our choice of a property!

Absolutely beautiful home, perfect location for a family with 5 children ranging from 3-17. We loved the home and were able to walk to restaurants, super close to beach, and little grocery store down the road. The only issue we had was an electrical issue with the property and unfortunately didn’t have lights in kitchen/dinning room. The owners are going to credit us a little as eating in the dark with kiddos was an interesting experience. We are still waiting on the credit but otherwise this is a wonderful place to stay!

Accurate representation. Comfortable and well equipped accommodations. Quick response by management to request for additional info. Fairly tight garage space. Confusing door lock operations.

What an amazing experience! The purpose of our trip was to celebrate my daughter's high school graduation, and every aspect was perfect! From the great accommodations to the gorgeous water to the bikes included in our rental, we could not have had a better time. Thank you for an excellent experience! 'Excited to return soon!

The home was great. It was well furnished and very comfortable for six of us. We plan to stay here again in the future. My only complaint was the crowded beach. It doesn't seem like the space available at our beach access point was sufficient. We managed by going down to the public access at Inlet Beach.

We have stayed in the Sunset Villa 7 years in a row. This time we brought our son’s girlfriend. The house and set up was perfect for bringing significant others. The walk to the beach was perfect. Kitchen had everything we needed. Definitely will stay again.

Lovely time at this space. Super clean and well equipped. Re community— Bikes weren’t really allowed in the gated space, which was a bummer for the kids. Also no golf carts allowed. Beach access was great and well protected by security.

It was spacious, beautifully decorated and a great location. Easy access to the beach, too.
