Pelican Place in Morro Bay

It was a lovely place. The decor was fun and they had everything you could need. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect little getaway! My 2 sisters and I had not seen each other in 7 yrs ... The cottage was great... cozy, simple and right next to the beach and wonderful restaurants!We cooked together in a well stocked kitchen and had comfortable sleeping arrangements and will be back again! Our host was kind, reliable and always helpful!

Compact and nice

Well maintained, easy check-in, good accomodations for a couple(not particularly good for children, great location to access Morro Bay stuff.

We didn't spend much time at the house as we had other activities planned and were just there for 1 day. The people staying in the apartment above were very loud walkers, thump-thump-thump of footfalls back and forth for a long time. But the TV was easy to use, and as I said, we didn't spend much time there.

Pelican Place was just what we needed to explore Morro Bay and the surrounding area. Well located and well equipped, it was all we had desired.

Very comfortable for a couple nights in wine country. Also a short drive to beach and restaurants.

It was quite nice. Its located centrally and not far from the beach and or the downtown grocery shopping area. It was very clean and decorated very well. The lower part of a duplex, but neibhors were not too noisy. Perfect for my little family.

This place is great! We've stayed 4 times and never had a problem. I would recommend it in a heartbeat. Perfect for a couple.

Nice place to stay near evrything the only issue was the uptairs people on Wednesday nigjt were really loud

This little place was perfect for our stay. It was very comfortableNot a far walk to the embarcadero but it can be done. Neighborhood was nice & quiet. The tenets up stairs were quiet too.

Perfect one bedroom stay. Had 4 different pillows to choose from. Bed was very comfortable - firm but nothing extreme. extra blanket in the closet if needed. clean. kitchen had a smattering of pots, pans and utensils. microwave. Liked everything about it.

My husband booked us this place for my birthday weekend. Upon entry of the home we felt right at home. The home is beautiful, clean and cozy. It was the perfect size for us. We had our two year old son, and he also loved the house. They have a television, enough extra linen, and all the necessities you can ask for. Just buy your food that you want to eat, and everything else is available for use. The only thing I would suggest is to have a small fan of some sort in the living room area because it it does get a little stuffy, but other than that I would definitely stay there again. I'd choose this place over a hotel due to parking and provacy. Loved it and recommend this place to anyone visiting Morry Bay! Thank you homeowner for sharing your beautiful home.

The place was very nice quality and clean. A very quite area in the evening. Enjoyed it.

Short stay in Moro after getting a hike in on the way from Santa Barbara to San Francisco. Nice place and convenient to town.

Very clean and comfortable, so many thoughtful touches; being the bottom floor of the duplex could be problematic but both sets of upstairs guests were fairly quiet.

The location was very close to the beach. Downtown and the beach were within driving in less than five minutes. Walking is a little sketchier, but after the first five minutes, everything is walking distance easily. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything that you may need to cook with. I really enjoyed being there
