PELICAN PLACE: Gulf Front 75ft Private Beach! Pool + Hot Tub! Elevator, Outdoor Kitchen, Green Egg

You simply cannot beat the location of this gulf-front rental. The views are fabulous and the direct access to the beach is perfect. The home was very clean and communication with the host was quick and efficient. The views of the beach and gulf from the 3rd floor bedroom balcony were stunning. The bedroom with the bunk beds had a large screen TV that made it the perfect retreat for the children. The kitchen was well equipped for all types of cooking. Also, access to both garages left plenty of space for parking and storage.

This house was at the perfect place. Right on the beach. We enjoyed the pool and outdoor area. With only one bath downstairs with 2 bedrooms (4 adults) to share, it was a little bit of an inconvenience. Overall, we had a great experience and would come back.

Everything was great. House was clean, well stocked and in a perfect location. Plenty of room for 3 families. Thank you for a great vacation!

The house was perfect for our family of 8 adults and 3 children. The house was extremely well appointed throughout, particularly in the kitchen and outdoor living spaces. There were numerous amenities that made the week very enjoyable. The most attractive feature of the entire week was the responsiveness of the team at Diamond Gulf Rentals. I texted with them daily leading up to our stay, and throughout the stay with various questions. They were always responsive and answered all questions promptly.

There were 8 different times someone from maintenance had to come to address various issues. Some of the time the property manager didn’t even tell us. This was a huge breach in security and privacy for us. It seems the house did not go through maintenance checks prior to our arrival and it was very disruptive. Our first night we had to sleep with no AC and most of the trip the ice maker was broken. The second to last night the outside sink was spewing water like crazy. The host never took accountability and or made it right. The property manager didn’t really accept responsibility or own the issues and just dodged blame completely. In previous rentals when things go this wrong we’ve gotten a partial refund even if it’s just slight, it’s a gesture.Also, only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom instead of providing enough for the stay was just bad hospitality. I’ve never stayed at a rental so stingy with toilet paper. Will not be staying at a property managed by this company again.

Our family stayed at Pelican Place and could not have enjoyed it more! The layout of the kitchen and family room are perfect. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the espresso machine. The beds were very comfortable which in my experience is not always the case. Access to the elevator was helpful for carrying luggage, groceries and other bulky items. The private beach area was lovely and not crowded during our stay in early September and the included beach service was a plus! Family enjoyed the paddle boards provided. The large patio and pool were enjoyed every day. There is also a fire table and outdoor kitchen area which were nice. There are 2 ice machines which we used to fill coolers everyday for the beach. We had one minor issue and property management was quick to respond. The house is well maintained and clean when we arrived. I cannot recommend this house enough! It met all of our needs and we felt right at home. Will definitely come back to this property on our next vacation to 30A!

This is a perfect house to stay with a big group. There are several options for sleeping. The kitchen is on the main floor and has a large family room that fits a big group. It is so nice to have access to the private beach. There are several beach chairs to use and also a large lily pad to use in the water. The elevator came in handy when moving groceries and suitcases up and down the flights.

Excellent . Loved private beach. Also had paddle boards and beach towels. House itself. Had everthing. And large gathering space and very big bedrooms. Would highly reccommend.

Overall very great stay but some misleading facts were advertised such as the pool fountains and lights would not work. The ad says 75 ft private beach which yes you are directly in the beach but far from private as we fought every day to secure our spot!

We had an incredible stay at this beach house with our family of 11! The views were absolutely stunning and we couldn't get enough of the amazing pool. The open- concept layout made it easy for everyone to spend time together, and the outdoor area was magnificent- perfect for relaxing, dining, and soaking up the ocean breeze. We loved everything about it and can't wait to be back next year!

What a fabulous week! This house is perfect for a family! Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and lots of privacy! Steps from the beach and a private pool to cool you off after a day in the sun. Fabulous location too!

This beautiful home worked so well for our group of 5 adults and 4 young children. We all enjoyed the pool, hot tub and gorgeous beach. Great location, close to shops and food options. We hope to come back next year!

Pelican Place was the perfect venue for our Spring trip to the beach. The location was ideal, being situated between Rosemary and Seaside, but within a gated neighborhood with a private uncrowned beach. A true treasure for 30A! The home comfortably housed out party of 4 adults and 4 teen guys. There was plenty of hang out space for us all with the guys taking over the media room den with the large screen TV and the adults congratulating in the gracious living area with lovely views of the water. Prior to, as well as during our trip we had excellent communication with our host, always with a prompt response to any questions. The home was clean and beds were comfortable. There were plenty of quality bath towels as well as beach/pool towels. The kitchen was spacious, well stocked with essentials as well as extras such as crock pot and waffle maker. We enjoyed having the wine fridge, and ice maker in kitchen as well as fridge and ice maker for the outdoor kitchen. The outdoor grill was easy to use. Since we were visiting in March, we requested the pool to be heated. It was warm and perfect for swimming. The outdoor seating areas were comfortable and relaxing. Having 4 beach chairs and two umbrellas set up for us each morning was a fabulous perk. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Pelican Place and hope to be back soon.

Great home for large family. Lots of space. Beach is wonderful.

We really loved this house for our family get together for 6 senior adults. The home was spacious and comfortable, and the outside space was wonderful, including the beautiful heated pool, outside kitchen and seating areas. The sunset deck is a unique feature. The views and beach are spectacular. Comfortable furniture and beds, along with top grade appliances and televisions.

We wanted an off-season getaway for a few days to think, walk, talk with friends. It was perfect and perfectly quiet and private.

Perfect home! So much space! Right on the beach and was great with kids! (My kids 12, 10, and 3) Huge outdoor kitchen area and great bunk room for kids! So much room! Loved the pool and all of the space on the deck.
