You can’t beat the location to the beach. The house needs a deep cleaning. Bathroom has mold on ceiling, cobwebs and mold around inside edge of kitchen sink. Living room chairs need cleaning.

Clean house other than a few missed spots like stuff in the couch and chair cushions and some things in the floor underneath beds and behind dressers. Wouldn’t have seen but had to pull stuff out to plug in phone chargers and fans. Also, the outside trash cans had bags from previous tenets and hadn’t been emptied in awhile. It was rancid when we went to through away trash from the car the night we got there. It was dark so couldn’t see real well but next morning saw all the maggots all over it. We put that can and the one we used down at the curb when we left even though it wasn’t trash day yet. Would also recommend cleaning the built up dust from the main return vent in the family room above the hallway entrance. Outside of cleanliness, would also recommend a few basic kitchen spices on hand for renters such garlic powder and onion powder. Other than that, this home was very nice and clean. Love how close to the beach this was and close to all the local activities.

Definitely a great place to stay and we would return in a heartbeat if we could. Furniture could use some updating but everything else is a charmer.

The location was fantastic. Beach access is directly across from the driveway making a trip to the beach with grandkids easy. The size of the house was perfect for 6 adults and 2 kids. We also had our dogs with us. Things that could be improved about the property are the cleanliness, kitchen supplies, and linen supplies. There were food containers and old socks found under our beds. There is black mold on 1 of the bathroom ceilings. The pots and pans were awful. I would suggest less of them and a little better quality. Everything sticks to the pans. The utensil drawers were overpacked with lots of useless items. I would weed much of that stuff out and just have a dozen or so essentials. We were disappointed that there were no beach chairs or beach towels in the house. We had to purchase these nearby. The listing stated linens were included which we assumed would include beach towels since it was a beach house. Be prepared to buy everything you need to cook, such as spices, condiments, etc. None of these were in the kitchen whem we arrived. There is a Food Lion near-by which is open 24 hours. Overall we had a good week. We would return to the same area in the future but would choose a different house the next time. We found a few roaches and spiders in the house so bring a can of Raid.

House worked well for our 4 adult family. All mattresses were comfortable place was clean and super close to beach access. Will reserve again in the future.

The view from the porch was beautiful, not too close, not too far. Still got the cool breeze from the ocean. There is a public access straight across the driveway straight to the beach. The house is older so it’s not 100% perfect as expected but it is still very homey. The only way to fix what is wrong with the home is by updating and remodeling. Overall we had a wonderful stay, would come back again!

I highly recommend this vacation home. Everything was so clean and tidy when we walked in. Plenty of towels and toilet paper. Loved the decks and the hot tub. Just a short walk to the beach. I went to sleep each night listening to the ocean. I will definitely stay here again. Spacious rooms. Everything was perfect. Very nice home.

We loved the layout of the house and its proximity to everything. Wish the town would treat for mosquitoes. They’re vicious.

The location was great. Decks and hot tub were good too. It might be time to replace some of the mattresses. There were not enough glasses for the capacity of 10 people. We bought some at food lion.

The house was clean and beautiful.

Clean and comfortable. Plenty of room for everyone. Short walk to beach. Relaxing!
