This listing is elite. I booked this last minute based on the reviews and was hopeful I had chosen wisely. From the second I booked this property, everything was seamless. The owner was INCREDIBLY responsive. The directions were clear, concise and simple to follow. The location is gorgeous. The yard is pristine. We arrived late at night and felt incredibly safe. The home was everything we could have asked for and more. It was well stocked with the essentials. EVERYTHING was very clean. The information binder that greeted us was comprehensive, easy-to-understand and it included things I hadn't thought of. This listing made traveling SO much easier especially when coming from so far away. And our stay was EXACTLY what we were looking for. The pool was perfect. The entertainment space was incredible. The walk to the beach was so easy and the beach was ours. I truly cannot say enough about this property. I will be booking again.

We absolutely loved our stay. The home is beautiful, clean and well furnished. Great kitchen, comfortable den, really nice master suite, amazing outdoor area to relax and entertain, super nice pool. The back yard is beautiful with so many manicured trees and plants. The neighborhood is quiet and very close to several restaurants and stores. Very short walk to the beach access. The host made everything easy and we didn't need anything more than what was provided. Hope to get back soon!

An amazing property within walking distance to the beach with its own private pool. House layout is perfect! The host was responsive to our messages and clear to communicate with regards to any unplanned maintenance at the house. Would definitely stay at this property and any others with this owner.

Nicely renovated Florida - style single floor house-- especially great for elders-- no stairs! Well-appointed, and thanks for offering 2 rooms with king beds ( plus another Queen and last room bunks for kids)! Lovely tropical back yard and peaceful, heated, large pool. Lots of beach chairs, toys, and pool noodles onsite. Could use a few more towels (given 1 set per person), but you can take some from another room. All spaces are comfortable and clean. Very close to beach access and not too busy with limited parking nearby. Owner is very responsive if you have a question. Definitely recommend!

Property description is accurate and all the good stuff in the reviews is true! Every bit of it. Pool is fabulous; appreciated the large outdoor living space. Beach is brief walk away and perfect—very few other people, zero debris. Appreciated a rental with two masters. Home exceeded expectations in providing everything needed for a wonderful stay.

I have to say it was absolutely amazing. The house was just stunning and way more than exceded my expectations! The host was absolutely on top of everything. Very caring very understanding very informative of what was going to happen in the yard. As far as lawn care service pool service etc.

Our family and friends have returned to Pelican Pad, our spring haven for relaxation and fun! Conveniently located within a block of the beach and within walking distance of ice cream, pizza, a market and more. The home itself is equipped to meet all our needs and then some! The yard provides a resort like feel with privacy, beauty. There is a large lanai for those needing out of the sun and a heated pool for those needing a little water fun.Our hosts, Karen and Greg, provide a welcoming and friendly environment and do an amazing job of quickly tending to anything that might arise and even anticipate in advance needs that you didn't even anticipate ! Looking forward to many more return visits !!

House is clean,pool was amazing with floaters available, yard was well kept with beautiful foliage which also brought out the pollen and Florida allergies…lol, very good location to shops, beach and attractions (just a quick walk to the beach to watch rocket launches). Definitely a place you want to stay. Owner was very responsive to any questions we had. He sure is a great guy!

This is our fourth time staying here and it’s always an amazing experience. Greg is a very attentive host and makes sure your time at his house is a great time. The house is always clean and the pool and back yard is your own private oasis. The house is also in a great location being one block from the beach and a few blocks to restaurants and a market. We will continue to go back every year and would recommend this house to everyone.

Perfect house for a family vacation!

We came down for a family visit over Christmas. They had a tree and some Christmas treats for the littles!

Thank you Greg for allowing us to stay at your beautiful property. Excellent location one block from the beach. With four bedrooms and three baths we had comfortable accommodation for everyone. The patio and pool are beautiful and the kitchen is stocked with just about everything.

Beautiful, clean

The property was well cared for, and the house was in an excellent location In the Melbourne Beach Area! The host provided wonderful conveniences, like plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, soaps, etc. and the kitchen was well stocked. The only improvement could be the mattress in the second master bedroom. we had a problem with the bathtub, not draining, which the host immediately took care of for us!

We really enjoyed our time here. Was a nice laid-back place. Great for kids. Really pretty well stocked compared to some other rentals we have used. Would definitely consider coming back

Perfect space for our family, so comfy with everything we needed. Beach was a quick walk and rarely crowded.

Another lovely stay in this house. It has everything you need and it's close to the beach, main street and the park. We all enjoyed our time in the pool, the 4th of July fireworks and our time together.

We had a wonderful time! The house was super convenient to the beach and other amenities. We also enjoyed the pool and making several family meals. We would choose this place again. The only thing that need me attention is the deadbolt keypad needs a new battery since it kept sticking. After several tries we still got in so all was well.

Pelican Pad is a beautiful home just one block off the beach. The pool and outdoor space is stunning with beautiful landscaping. It has all the amenities needed and a generous supply of beach and pool toys. The area has a more local feel and it was an easy walk to the market, a Cuban cafe, the surf shop and pizza. Our family loved it and will definitely be back!
