The proximity to the beach made this a great location for our family with young kids

From the very first hint of renting from Brett/ Robinson to arrival was a real pleasure. Every question I asked, worry I had, was solved quickly and with grace. Thank you for all the support. We had Unit #1 with a group of 5...this townhouse was the perfect size. 3 bedroom 2 full baths and 1 sorta powder bathroom. The location is beyond exceptional. The beach is mere steps from our porch. Great unobstructed view from home. It's located near anything you need...food, clothes, etc.Very well stocked kitchen with all the utensils you need to prepare a meal. All you need to provided is the food and seasonings.They provide a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels etc. But need to bring dish soap, laundry soap, trash bags, beach towels, beach equipment, personal bath items. Please do not take bath towels out side All beds are quality mattresses and good quality linens. Bath towels good quality. Home is in awesome shape. Outdoor patio furniture is in great shape. Downstairs bathroom is tight...us fluffy body people are a tight fit :) Upstairs bathroom is a bit larger. Powder room is spacious with two sinks. Plenty of towels provided for indoor bathing only. Please follow the few house rules and your stay will be an even better experience. Neighbors are quiet and semi-private beach is awesome. Just remember to share the spaces. Parking is part of rental, right in front of unit. Please be sure to share the space. Just be courteous. Drive slowly thru the homes as there are p

Great view of the beach. In a land of high rises it was nice to have our own private beach access and view. The house was clean and everything was in working order. I would recommend this property.

This is a very clean and updated property. It faces directly on the beach. Exactly as advertised. Excellent experience.

I’d like to start this review with how perfectly located the location is. It’s tucked back behind a few complexes/other residences so the street is quiet but completely accessible to the main road. You can’t beat being directly on the beach. Just one set of stairs down from the deck and you’re on the sand. The beach isn’t crowded at all as bigger complexes are not immediately adjacent to this property. The property was a good size for 4 adults and 2 children. There is very limited necessities provided which is fine, but I didn’t think to bring coffee filters with my coffee so paper towels had to do. Small stuff like that but not the end of the world. Our biggest complaint was the master. The upstairs in general definitely did not cool off that great. The property directions ask you not to drop the AC below 70 because it will freeze up. It probably would have been ok but we were unable to use the fan in the master bedroom because it was extremely loud. Sounded like metal scraping against metal. We had 4 people sleeping in the master so needless to say we were all pretty warm up there and it was a decent inconvenience to not be able to use the fan. Owners should really look at changing the fan. Despite that, I would still stay here again. I loved the location and it was very clean and away from large condominiums.

All in all, the place was fantastic. My only complaint was the deck beach umbrella was broken and wasn't replaced during our stay. The road to the house could also be better marked.

The condo seems very up to date with like new everything. Walk dow the deck steps and it’s 50 yards across the sand to the water’s edge. We loved it.
