Pelican Cottage Charming & Cozy Cambria beach home, 10 to15 walk Moonstone Beach

It was clean and we really enjoyed the fireplace and the location was near a park.

This was our second time staying at this house. The location is excellent, we hope to return soon!

Wonderful place for our small family to spend some time together. House is in excellent condition. Neighborhood is nice. Really liked the extra areas off of each of the bedrooms. Kitchen is small but seems recently redone and is very well lighted. There was space for our two cars to park off street. Property manager was very pleasant and easy to communicate with, and she went out of her way to help us with a couple of questions we had.

Clean unique cottage in a quiet neighborhood.

We really enjoyed our stay at this adorable property. While we would stay again, I wanted to share some things I think would improve the experience. The backyard is very cute, but there is nowhere to sit, and we would have enjoyed maybe a hot coco by a fire pit or a dinner on the patio. Kitchen was well stocked, the property had lots of towels and everything we needed. I would have enjoyed a larger bed. Both rooms can support a king bed, so that would be nice. Either a really nice mattress topper or a softer mattress would be great as well. Again, we would love to stay here for another visit. Just some feedback for the owners. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Rest and relaxation, visiting familiar wineries and new ones as well. One thing about the cottage, I would have appreciated a water kettle, we are tea drinkers, not coffee.

The house was very clean and neighbors were friendly. We didn’t spend much time there during the day, but evenings/nights were nice and quiet. The weather was wonderful all weekend as well! Overall a great stay

Great location and very cozy

Wanted a quick weekend getaway in Cambria - the rental was wonderful. Super easy communication, house had everything one would need. Clean, comfy, close to multiple hikes, Moonstone Beach, Harmony, Hearst Castle - it was great - 5 stars for sure!

The cottage was charming. We LOVED the upstairs - the sunroom was the perfect place for me to get some work done, plus room to do yoga.The property manager was wonderful and responsive to a minor matter. We enjoyed our 10-day stay, and were reluctant to leave.

The place was spacious and well equipped. Communication was great. The home is located in a beautiful area and is just a short walk away from the ocean.

The absolute cleanest rental ever! This home was very well appointed with extras we did not expect. The kitchen had plates, silverware, knives, cutting boards, and so much more to use when we cooked meals. The beds were very comfortable. The linens were very nice and extra blankets were available. The fireplace warmed up the living room quickly and was beautiful to watch the flames. Not too many instructions or rules needed. Just right.

So happy we were able to stay in this home. It was so warm & homey and at the same time, very clean and organized. It is in a perfect location, a quick walk to the beautiful Fiscalini Ranch and Moonstone Beach. Communication was clear, helpful and very pleasant. We highly recommend this home!

This property is very warm and inviting. From the minute you walk in the door you feel welcome and peaceful. This home is in a nice neighborhood and it is quiet. It was very clean and had a very well stocked kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms. It is close enough to Fiscalini Ranch Preserve so you can walk. I would definitely stay here again!

Really nice house. Easy checkin, easy checkout. Everything worked great, we appreciated the garage for our bikes and the closeness of the preserve. Extra pillows, sheets and blankets ready for use.Great WIFI for working. Perfect location for Hearst Castle, Elephant Seals. Dinner and bakery in Cambria. We are looking forward to staying here again During the Elephant Seal birthing season!
