Stayed Jun 10, 2024For starters, an extremely long contract was sent to sign on our way to the property. Never signed one before, and they sent it 10 min prior to texting me that they hadn’t received it yet. When we arrived, it took us a long time to find our place. GPS from the map they sent us kept taking us to a different spot. We had to search Google maps to locate it, which was not at all where the red dot placed us on the map. I chose the property for this exact location to watch sunsets with no houses in the way, but this house ended up being on an interior st. surrounded by houses blocking the views. This was a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!! We had issues getting the key pads and locks to work. They didn’t give us the code to the downstairs area and said we didn’t have access to it, but that was where our third bathroom and ores to the kayaks were at, so yes, we should have had access. Listing said it had a propane grill, but it had charcoal and we didn’t have anything to use in it, so had to buy more stuff. Large cockroaches outside and babies inside and in the beds! Everything else was clean but this issue. Internet password would not work and they never did fix that our entire week stay. Deck chair was broke and we almost fell. Two chairs from living room were not there. Picture listed of back of property was also not our property, so no pedalboat. Mosquitoes were TERRIBLE, they said they would spray but did not. Tv wouldn’t turn on the last day. And communication and care was terrible.
