Pecan Valley Resort| BRAND NEW Private Pool and Hot Tub w/ Slide

Our group of 20 (ages 2 - 72) couldn't stop raving about this house! It was perfect! The pool and slide was the biggest hit (even when it was windy, rainy, and cool outside). They have entertainment down to a T! The location of the house worked out perfect for us - we could ride our SxS's and 4-wheelers right from the house to the trails in Sand Hollow. The only negative is that I don't think we will ever be able to top this trip.

this is the perfect get away for families! Never have to leave and never run out of things to do. This place has it all!!

Beautiful house in a nice area. Gr. Kids loved the pool and hot tub. Plenty of room for everyone. A large house like that should have double ovens but not a deal breaker. Could have been a little cleaner. Would definitely stay there again.

This was one amazing house! The house was exactly as pictured and exceeded our expectations. The kitchen/dining/family room was monstrous and so much space for the 8 of us to hang out, cook, and watch TV. The pool was the best part, especially with the water slide. Pool was set a 88 degrees before we got there so was perfect for us to use. Loved how we can sit in the pool/hottub and watch football games on the pool TV. I would definitely come back here for our follow up golf trip.

This property is fantastic. It is spacious and has entertainment around every corner. The pool area and hot tub are memorable parts of the home that provided needed relaxation. The location was ideal for our golfing activities and we would absolutely come here again.

Everything was great for our Golf trip. Pool and ice machine was a huge plus and advantage to staying at the house. The industrial fridges were great to store our drinks. We didn't cook much other than breakfast. There's so much room where people had the option to congregate at the family room or pool or have some quest time at their respective rooms. I tend to like self service and check in and all that stuff so the correspondence via email was great. Thanks again!

Our stay at the Pecan Valley 5205 house was amazing. We had a family reunion weekend and everyone was very impressed with the finishes in the home, and the kitchen was well stocked with appliances and supplies. Every room has a corresponding bathroom, and the beds were comfortable. Definitely would recommend this home for any similar gathering.

We absolutely loved this house! My family of 14 (7 adults, 7 kids ranging from 1-16) takes a trip every other summer together so we have stayed in a lot of large short term rentals. This one was by far the best! There are 6 king rooms with en suites so the 2 oldest kids had their own rooms plus 2 large bunk rooms for the younger kids. There were rollaway beds and pack and plays everywhere so we could have comfortably doubled our crew. There were more accommodations in this house than we have ever experienced in a rental - plenty of dishes we didn't need paper or plastic goods at all, 2 washers/dryers, commercial refrigerator/freezer in the garage, commercial ice machine, vitamix for smoothies, books for kids, blankets everywhere, tons of pool towels, pool toys, plenty of outdoor seating... I could go on and on! Not to mention the incredible garage and all the activities available - 4 gaming consoles, life-sized chess (we played soooo many rounds of chess), ping pong, foosball, corn hole, putt putt. We literally used and played with it all in our downtime when we weren't hiking. The pool was a bit cold despite 100* temps in the breeze, so I would recommend paying to heat it but ultimately, we still got great use out of it. The upstairs balconies are perfect for star gazing, and there is a balcony out of nearly every room to take in the gorgeous mountain views. The location was really great for us as well! We drove to Zion National Park several days (~40 minutes), Snow Canyon once (~20 minutes), and Bryce Canyon National Park (~2h15m). The house is only 20 minutes from the SGU airport and 7 minutes from the nearest Walmart. WM grocery delivery was not available yet during our stay since the address is very new, but it was close enough we didn't mind at all. Additionally, Red Sands was wonderful! We really didn't need any assistance during our stay but the couple of times I called, they were very responsive and helpful. Book this house, you won't regret it!

Great place for our large group - 12 adults and 10 kids - we had plenty of room with the bedrooms and kitchen/living space. Also loved the industrial fridge and freezer out in the garage along with the commercial ice maker. Had some ongoing issues with the pool where we couldn’t always use it when we had days planned for it, but the pool tech that came out (several times) was great and left us chemicals to dump in at night to work on getting the pool back in order for us. Overall a good experience and would stay again.

The property was amazing, and a lot better than i imagined it would be. The house had everything we could possibly need, and was very comfortable for our very large group. The pool and outdoor setup was amazing, the kids had endless fun in the garage gameroom, etc. This is definitely one of the better properties in the community.

5205 was such a beautiful home! We did experience some issues while there, but the Red Sands group promptly responded to all of our concerns to get them resolved. We would definitely like to stay at this house again next year.

This was the house I rented for my Bachelor Party & it was the best decision I could have made. Obvioulsy, there are a ton of places to rent around the St. George area, but we made the decision to have our own space. With enough bedrooms to fit 12 guys comfortbaly & everyone having their own bathroom pretty much, it was perfect. Th The pool area is obviously a highlight with the fireplaces adding a great touch when the sun went down. Aslo, having the gaming consoles in the garage made us bring back some video game memories when we were kids. Everyone guy was so impressed with the space, comfort, & how we had everthing we needed around the house. I would for sure book is place if you have a larger party. Pay a little more than other places, but you won't regret it when it's all said & done. Thank you so much for helping making my trip unforgettable!

The house exceeded outer expectations. Great space with thoughtful amenities. The ice machine, pool and game room were amazing.

This property was everything as pictured and advertised! Beautiful, clean, spacious , fun , fully stocked for our entire family of 11 adults and 7 kids. The pool and outdoor space was so fun & the indoor game room & the ICE maker for refilling our tumblers! The pantry was well stocked with small appliances etc. commercial size fridge & freezer great as well! small hiccups were pool cover stuck open so we needed to be extra vigilant with our kiddos & clean out the pool before using, but it was repaired the day before we left. Also glad we got Walmart deliveries to the house figured out, for groceries, paper towels & more trash bags we needed for our group. Everyone in our group wants to go back next year! Thank You!

I would highly recommend this property! It was spacious and absolutely perfect for our group of 18 people. It looks exactly like the pictures, the amenities are great, and the property manager was ver responsive and helpful. We had the best time. If you’re visiting southern Utah, I highly recommend staying here.

We stayed here as couple friends and it was perfect. Every room felt like a master suite. The pool was our hangout spot. It was warm and big enough for the 14 of us.

Absolutely beautiful home. We have a few kids and they said this was the best vacation ever! They spent every waking moment in the pool. The pool slide was amazing and it was so nice to have a heated pool in the cooler weather. Most comfortable beds I've ever slept in away from home. We absolutely will stay here again next year.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Pecan Valley! From the moment I arrived, everything was perfect. The communication was seamless, and Redsand was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, providing clear instructions and great local tips. The home itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay (and I mean everything!). The location was ideal—close to Yogi Bear, Zion and restaurants. I felt right at home and truly appreciated all the thoughtful touches. Every room was equipped with its own private bathroom which made our group extra comfortable. The pool with a slide and waterfall was top notch and we appreciated having two spas, one in the pool but also a private spa upstairs to watch the stars. There was plenty for the children to do while we worked away and enjoyed the fast internet. The children really enjoyed the game room, mini golf, the pool and the giant chess. There was ample space for our large gathering and no detail was left out. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a top tier, luxurious, and memorable stay. Would definitely book again!

Amazing setup with the big kitchen and family room right there with massive windows and doors opening to the covered deck and pool. Very comfortable for a large group. Was missing some things like dish soap, laundry soap and garbage bags. Not enough to not give a 5 star review of the place, but a little annoying to have to pick up from the store.

We stayed in many VRBO homes over the years and this was by far the BEST place we ever stayed in. The house was immaculate and inviting. There was plenty of room to spend quality time with the whole family. We had a little hiccup with the pool but the management was extremely accomodating and handled it quickly and efficiently. They were always available for whatever we needed. I would highly recommend this place and be happy to stay here again. We had loads of fun! Renee

This property was beautiful, my family had a wonderful time! There were so many fun things for all of us to do. The pool was absolutely amazing, the waterslide and jumping rock entertained the kids and adults everyday. The game room had so many options; pool, video games, axe throwing (plastic, lol), chess. We loved that each bedroom had its own private bath and the bunk beds allowed all the kids to sleep in one room. Our family group was able to sit and eat together inside or outside, so many choices. There was a well stocked kitchen and pantry. Red Sands was great to work with. Any questions or concerns were immediately responded to. We highly recommend this home for your family. Definitely a 5 star rating!
