Stayed Sep 6, 2025The house was exactly as stated - recently updated and bright. The house was very clean. The amenities were excellent. I love to cook and the kitchen was well appointed. The host was easy to contact and responded quickly when we had questions. If the need arises again to spend time in Goodyear, we will contact Rodney first before looking elsewhere.

Stayed Oct 1, 2022Our host ,Rodney responded quickly to our questions. The rental property was comfortable, clean and had all the necessities available. We thoroughly enjoyed our month vacation at this home as well as the amenities Pebble Creek provides. We would not hesitate to rent this property again should the opportunity arise.

Stayed Apr 8, 2022So nice to stay in an updated home with brand new appliances, and spotlessly clean. It's peaceful and quiet, located in a cul de sac on the Eagle's Nest side. We really enjoyed our month here and it was a great way to test out the community and all of the PebbleCreek activities and amenities available (golf, fitness centers, pools, yoga class, restaurants). We were sad to leave, but know we'll be back!
