Stayed Mar 16, 2025The condo was large, especially the living area with lots of seating options. The carpet was a little on the industrial side but very clean and looked only a couple of years old. The couch looked brand new and was quite comfortable. The beds were also comfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms were dated but again very clean and functional. The only downside was the stove in the kitchen, it was obviously a replacement and was old and entirely too small for the space. We could not get an average size pizza in the oven. The burners did not fit properly so you really couldn’t cook very easily on it. Management did say that this unit is awaiting kitchen and bath renovations but until then just know the stove is minimal. The fireplace is not gas but wood burning, they even provided a couple of logs and fire starters. The huge windows were wonderful.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The staff was very friendly and welcoming right off the bat. I was a little nervous about being too loud the first night due to being excited for vacation, and we had no issues. The beach access right from the condo was amazing. We had a fire on the beach two different times and loved every second of it. We also loved the grill & chill area very nice place to stay I would highly recommend it to anyone. I would def stay here again.

Stayed Mar 6, 2023This place was very clean and pretty much stocked with all you need. It was nice to stay in a place that you didn’t feel the need to wipe down everything when you arrived. There were 2 couples. The view was beautiful. We either couldn’t figure out the telescope or it didn’t work but that wasn’t a big deal for us. Absolutely a place I would stay again.

Stayed Oct 24, 2020This property was literally a staircase away from the beach, had a heated pool and nice/accommodating staff (and neighbors!). Make sure you check out Local Ocean restaurant and surrounding area (cute shops, docks and sea lions barking/viewing). Drive into the historical district of Newport and if you have kids- there is an AMAZING playground by the lake in Lincoln City about 5 min away from the outlets with trails around it too. Also check out the whales at Depoe Bay and eat at Tidal Raves. Mornings are the best weather (usually) for the beach- less wind (if go in Fall) and calmer seas/waves. Enjoy!

Stayed Oct 5, 2018We met long time friends in Oregon and stayed at this condo. It was way beyond what we expected. The view from the windows are Awesome whether it is sunny or stormy. We walked the beach, flew kits and had a wonderful time. We couldn't have picked a better place to stay. It was well kept, clean and stocked with everything we needed. We will return.
