Stayed Dec 31, 1969The home was really nice and clean with a ton of space. Decent location with a short drive to the riverwalk and walkable to some cool spots, including a bar we loved called Stay Golden. Would definitely recommend staying here to all!

Stayed Mar 1, 2018Unit was very comfortable and a perfect location. It is close to the downtown attractions and the Pearl district. The townhouse has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The owner supplied coffee, shampoo, and plenty of towels. I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone making a trip to San Antonio,

Stayed Mar 9, 2018We came for a short weekend and truly enjoyed the nice decor, floorplan and space to move around. Highly recommend and Ryan was extremely helpful before and during the stay. Will definitely like to come back and stay longer!

Stayed Jan 11, 2018Newly redone, clean, modern, and well appointed. Easy access to highways and The Pearl. Ryan, the property owner, is friendly, accommodating, and responsive. We stayed here while attending a conference at the Gonzales Conference Center, and it was $7 and took less than 10 minutes to take an Uber right to the front door. Would absolutely stay here again, and highly recommend if downtown is your destination!

Stayed Jun 22, 2017We had a great week long stay at this newly renovated apartment. Conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood, it was very clean and tastefully furnished. Rooms were good sized and bathrooms were well stocked. Plenty of extras such as bottled water, coffee maker, washer/ dryer, soap, shampoo, towels, dishes, pots & pans, kitchen gadgets. Ryan was readily available to answer all our questions. Convenient parking right in front. Would highly recommend this property to San Antonio travelers.
