Pearl Townhouse Open Concept Loft: one of a kind near the River & Pearl District

Amazing place 3 minute walk to the Pearl! I’ve stayed in many rentals and this is by far one of the best. Nothing misleading, property is exactly (actually better) than described. Scott the host is extremely accommodating with early check in / late check out and had many great recommendations on restaurants and things to do. The Pearl is the best area in San Antonio and this is the best place to stay close to it! Book this place

A really enjoyable place to stay, perfectly located for exploring San Antonio. Pearl Brewery (and, usefully for car-free traveller, Greyhound stop) at one end of the street, historic center quickly reachable via the riverwalk. Apartment well equipped and maintained, very easy to relax in and quiet at night.

My new husband and I stayed here because it was near our wedding venue (The Creamery) and we wanted the proximity and vibe of this condo. My photographer loved all the photo options inside the condo, from the 3rd floor balcony and stair railing to the very modern look of the guest floor. It had so much room for my girlfriends to all get get ready there, great lighting for my hair/makeup. We highly recommend this place and hope to return soon!!

Very peaceful stay. Be careful getting in the shower on the top level- it can be slippery. Other than that, I can see staying here again.. great property!

The house is in a great location and I love the decor and open space. There were just a few little issues that gave me tease on to only give 4 stars. The stairs are pretty narrow and steep. Definitely not ideal if you have bad knees or are wearing heels. The second “king” is a daybed that can pull out to a king, but you would end up halving the mattress thickness and the comforter that is on it is too small. There is just a curtain as the door to the primary restroom. The primary shower/tub is not set up safely. The floor is slick wall tile so high risk of slipping and the tub is on a little edge that you have to be very careful getting out of so you don’t roll your ankle. There is a lot of natural light, which is great during the day, but not so much at 6:30 AM when you can’t block it. I liked how there were mini-splits on each level to control the temperature. The kitchen seemed well stocked, although we didn’t use it. Overall it was an okay experience in a very cute space in a good location.

Great location in quiet neighborhood within east walking distance of The Pearl. Townhouse was well appointed.
