Stayed May 4, 2026Pearl was the perfect spot for our Captiva Island vacation. It's clean and well appointed and conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood that's very close to Captiva beach and the shops & restaurants in town. Everything needed for the beach is provided and in good condition. Our host, Kevin was very conscientious - he contacted us promptly after we booked and remained in contact as needed through departure. we had neighbors staying in the other side of the duplex for several days and there were no issues with parking or hearing them through the shared wall. We'll certainly re-book with Kevin and Pearl on our new trip to Captiva.
