Privacy: Homes feel private, but all units share property grounds. Some homes share walls, and other guests or cleaners may be on-site. Sound machines are provided.

Pets: Pet-friendly. $45 non-refundable fee per stay (max 2 pets per room). Dogs must be leashed on property, and owners must clean up after them.

Cancellations & Payments:
This listing follows Airbnb’s Moderate cancellation policy: guests receive a full refund if canceled at least 5 days before check-in. Cancellations made within 5 days of arrival are non-refundable.
