Peacock Hill Retreat on 1 Acre, 1 Mi to Harbor

We liked everything about it.

Home was very peaceful and in a quiet area, often getting visited by deer. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to cook minus the groceries. Hosts were very accommodating and friendly. Overall a great place to stay.

Kitchen had everything necessary for meal preparation and storage.

The house was beautifully decorated and the yard was spacious. Watching the deer outside throughout the day was delightful. The home felt very comfortable to be in and family friendly. Playing outside with the kids was a blast and settling in for the night with a board game or television show was awesome. The house was well stocked with all necessary toiletries, linens, and kitchenware. The location was perfect because it allowed decent access to many other towns and cities in the state. Would definitely book again and recommend to others!

I did state four guests (myself, my wife and kids) and we just needed a place to celebrate our son’s 1st birthday. 2hrs before the gathering the host Allison with Evolve drives on the property without any consent. She comes out her vehicle and starts video recording and makes a scene sarcastically asking what’s going on. I explained that it was just a family gathering for my son’s first birthday. Then, she continues on to saying that she’ll be back later. I knew I wouldn’t trash the house and it will be cleaned up. That’s exactly how it was. Extra trash (GONE), interior and exterior was cleaned up, no damages. Allison reported to Evolve that there was a party at the property. I confirmed with Evolve that I did have a family gathering and what it was for. Explained everything I had already explained to Allison and how everything will be clean. Evolve was notified about Allison’s actions. No response from that. Paid for our stay

We had a wonderful stay. The house was well stocked and felt very welcoming. All the bedrooms were comfortable and there was plenty of room for us to enjoy our time. Although we didn't utilize the outside, the yard was large and included a nice patio area.

Wonderful location. Home is clean, well stocked, and very comfortable. Highly recommended.

Fully stocked kitchen and even toys for the kids

A very nice, well kept home that was in a nice location in Gig Harbor. Kids enjoyed their room which was perfect for them with lots of books and toys to play with. Would definitely recommend! Thank you for the clear communication and great stay!

Very beautiful home nicely, decorated & comfortable. Well supplied and information about the area places to go and see. Only thing required to make this a 5 would be smart tvs, so one could access netflix etc

We are a family of five that was visiting family in Gig Harbor over Thanksgiving. We wanted more space than 2 hotel rooms, and the kitchen worked out great as used the 2nd oven for Thanksgiving dinner at the relatives. Property is clean, quiet and easy to get to, very well laid out and thoughtful. Very warm style inside. Location is very close to grocery, Target, Starbucks and restaurants.

A great place for any length stay and close to whatever you need to get. Property as house were very well maintained. Would definitely stay again if the need arises.
