Peaceful Views- 2BR Main Level Living w/Recliner and Adjustable Bed

Great cute little duplex. Great location. All the ammenities and appointments. Very clean. Right on the busy walking trail along Cascase Creek in Rochester, yet still plenty of privacy at the end of a dead end street. My wife and I stayed for a week while undergoing treatment at Mayo clinic. We were able to walk to the clinic each day in about 10-15 minutes, which is about the same amount of time it would take to drive over, park in a ramp and walk from the ramp into the clinic. Will stay consider staying again if the need arises.

I had such a good time at this place. It was extremely clean (spotless), the furniture is nice and comfy and there’s something about that house that just made me feel so safe. The view is very peaceful and it’s easy to go on a nice beautiful walk in that path in front of the house. It is also very close to the Mayo clinic, 3 to 5 min with a Uber or driving. So its very conveniente if you have appts there early like i did. Also there’s a restaurant right in front of the main street called “Nupa” the food is pretty good and easy and there’s also some stories there including Hy-Vee (which is a grocery storypharmacy) so the place is really nice and the location is awesome, The manager was so quick at answering and very kind. Wonderful stay, beautifully decorated, comfortable with all the amenities. Broc was responsive, helpful and a super host. We stayed here while receiving treatments at Mayo Clinic and our experience could not have been better.

Very comfortable. Great space for 2-3 even through there are 2 queens the kitchen table only sits 2 people. I would be very happy to stay here again. Out side a trail along a stream, lovely.

Close to Mayo Clinic & fully stocked with lots of amenities which was super convenient while traveling out of state. Thanks again for giving the Western magazine to my dad! He loves old western memorabilia & antiques.

We really liked our stay at this VRBO. The location was perfect as it was about a 10 minute walk to the hospital where our son was having a procedure. He was scheduled to be there between 2-4 weeks. We booked for 2 weeks and Broc was very accommodating in case our stay went longer or shorter. The house was very clean and had all the amenities one could need. The owners were very responsive. We had a couple of question for them during our stay and they got back to us within a few hours.I would definitely recommend this VRBO and owner and plan to stay at one of their properties if needed for our son in the future.

What an amazing 2 Bedroom place to stay while your loved one is getting help at Mayo.

Location was perfect to clinic. Space was clean and nice as described. Communication was great….responds promptly.

Stayed at this very clean, convenient and well furnished property for several months while work was being done on our house. Right away we felt very comfortable here. The kitchen was easy to use. The internet worked well. The bedrooms were comfortable and quiet with plenty of linens, blankets and pillows. The bathroom was clean and well supplied with soft towels and quality amenities. With easy access to Rochester city trails we got to experience the end of summer, fall and winter here on our daily walks. We especially enjoyed the view from the living room’s large front window onto the Cascade Creek area. The location is close to restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, coffee shops (a must) and the Mayo campuses (downtown and St. Marys). The host was easy to contact and quickly responded to our inquiries. I highly recommend.

6 min walk to all appointments. Zero noise. Well thought out spot. Easy. Buy water for your stay if you are unaware on MN water. It’s the entire area.
