Peaceful tranquil cozy home tucked away in Madison

Fantastic rental! Super private and peaceful, with a cozy wood stove that made New Year’s Eve special. Dog-friendly and comfortable. Jeremy was a great host—friendly and responsive.

Check in was smooth. House was immaculate. Amazing house and location. All needs were met, and we were very comfortable.

We stayed for the weekend we were attending a wedding at the Preserve. Great house with all the amenities!

Check-in was easy and very smooth, home was clean and homey. Plenty of outdoor games to play such as corn hole, ladder ball, can jam and horse shoes, along with a nice fire pit to sit by for smore's and watching our kids have fun. The home is set back and quiet, yet not too far from the local area. It was the perfect location for hiking, kayaking and relaxing. Jeremy was the perfect host, always in touch to make sure everything was to our liking.

This was a really nice property! The owner was very responsive and helpful. I had 2 little kids under 5 and the tables were high and you have to watch out for the loft (which has a railing) and stairs, but it was doable!

My family and I stayed here for a week and it is absolutely lovely. Everyone had their own space which is need with two teenagers. Having two bathrooms was fantastic. The location is perfect.

We pulled into the driveway and were greeted by a momma turkey and her 10 babies. The attention to little details, the location and Jeremy and Nicole's checking in to make sure we were having fun and had what we needed was incredibly nice of them. Also on the day we were to leave my 3 yr old accidentally dropped his toothbrush into the toilet as he flushed it. We let Jeremy know and he said it would be handled by the property manager. He was incredibly kind about it. I definitely recommend staying here!

We stayed here with 4 adults a 2 year old and 2 dogs. It made for a lovely weekend away with some close family. We were looking to have a quiet and relaxing weekend in New Hampshire and that is exactly what we got. We were about 20 minutes away from Conway where we went to walk around town, explore shops, and take a ride on the North Conway Scenic Railroad. After a chilly day outdoors we got to enjoy the cozy space of the home. The hosts were more than accommodating and made the entire process so easy. I made the mistake of not including our dogs on the reservation, however Jeremy made no problem of it and was flexible with the last-minute changes. This was a lovely experience for us all and would recommend this stay to anyone :)

Love the open concept and designed for familys of all ages. Cute place tucked away but not far from amenities. Dog friendly which was perfect! Had a little bit if everything for everyone.

4 adults 4 kids- teen range and a dog. Nice quiet spot- close to king pine for skiing and tubing.House was fully stocked with necessities.Will def be back!
