Peaceful Southern Pines Home w/ Pool + Yard!

The property was perfect for our family including two children around one year old. They had a playroom with lots of toys and the pool area and backyard were wonderful.

Property is well maintained. Family friendly. Convenient. Property management is responsive and efficient.

Great house in a good location. Enjoyed our time at the house.

The house is great. We enjoyed our stay very much. My only comment would be that my kids were disappointed to find that the divinf board pictured on the site was not there when we arrived. Other than that the property and our syay were great!

This is kind of a tough review. The house was nice, the area is quiet, the pool and backyard were great with exceptions. The listing showed a swingset in the back yard which we were looking forward to using with our grandchildren. When we got there, no swingset, it was laying in a pile near the fence. Also the outdoor furniture cushions have been outside for a long time. There was mold and algae on them and we did not want to sit on them. The house accommodated all of us (6 adults, 2 children) except for the living room. To sit 8 people on the sectional to watch a movie was very snug. Might help to add a chair or 2 in the living room. Overall we had a nice vacation. Any issues we had were handled promptly. I would recommend this house for future renters. Hopefully the 2 outside issues will be resolved.

This house was the most family and toddler friendly place we have ever stayed. Plates for kids, toys, the pool- so great. Lots of space for everyone downstairs to hang out. When we arrived the AC upstairs wasn’t working and the outside trash was overflowing. Both issues were responded to and solved quickly. We will be back!

Was a great place to stay. Very peaceful and plenty of room. They had thought of everything that a person could need. I would come back to stay.

House was perfect for what we wanted

Our family of 4 golfers stayed a long weekend in Apr 2025The house, cleanliness and space were perfect. Although the pool was still a bit chilly, that did not negatively impact our stay. Location was perfect to the Pinehurst area golf courses. Having stayed at multiple VBROs in golf communities over the past year, I would offer some suggestions to ensure a consistent top rating. With golfers and families the property needs more than 1 TV that is in the family room. Place TVs in every BR to include sun/kids play room. Especially on rainy days or when occupants don’t all want to watch same programming. Also the couch, although very nice, cushions are getting warn and sitting or lying on it could use more comfort. Thanks for a great stay and would stay here again in area.

This house was just beyond perfect for our family. There as a great amount if space (and the open space was amazing for we always know the kitchen is the place to hang with family), the neighborhood was quiet, pool was well kept, house was clean and the little instructions throughout the house were great. Definitely recommend this rental for a relaxing quiet space to spend time in Southern Pines. Only bummer was the grill, just would need a good hard cleaning to use. More then what we would have wanted to do. The oven with the baking drawer was the best and allowed us to cook big meals. Love this rental! Thank you for allowing us to stay.

Great place for me, my wife and kids.

This home is a battered rental property, NOT carefully cared for like many of the homes in this area. Most of the mugs and mixing bowls were chipped, the towels were dingy and small, the pots and pans were not clean, and the carpeting throughout the house and furniture needs a thorough deep cleaning. Everything was dinged up in some way, especially the outdoor area. While I understand it is not pool season, none of the string lights were working and half the solar lights were missing or on the ground inoperable. Probably the best/worst part was the.bread box that was glued back together with glitter glue. This will not be a property I would recommend or ever stay in again.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Pristine, spacious and comfortable.

Nice place, close to golf, shopping, and dining. Would stay there again. Plenty of space inside and out.

Wonderul house. It was big, updated, clean, comfortable, relaxing, and close to everything.

From start to finish the property was amazing. The hosts and property company truly thought of everything. The backyard was perfect for our dogs and the pool was stunning. The kitchen, bedrooms, and quite frankly every area was very nice and fully stocked with towels, paper towels, shower supplies and everything else needed for our stay. Ideally located right next to pine needles golf course, it was also extremely convenient for golfers. 10/10 would stay here again!!

This is a quality house with an updated kitchen area that works great for two families with kids. The backyard is massive and is even larger than it looks in the photos. Only about 10-12 minutes from the main Pinehurst clubhouse, so it’s an ideal location.
