Clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The host was amazing at answering any questions or concerns we had! Definitely recommend!

This was a great place to stay. The house was perfect for when we had a guest stay the night. The 2 main bedrooms are on opposite sides of the house. We must have loved the pool since we were in it every day. Lots of nap time on the deck couch. Melissa was very quick to answer when we had a question. Our small dog loved chasing the tiny lizards. The grocery an pharmacy are close by. We went to manasota beach a couple times to look for shark teeth. Englewood beach was still closed from the last hurricane. If you go to the beach I suggest you leave by no later than 9am if you want a parking spot. The kitchen had plenty of cooking gear. I’d definitely stay here again.

Nice screened in entryway. Beautiful etched palm tree windows in the front doors into the house. Loved using the keypad to enter the house. The house is a very good size at 2600 sqft. We really liked the uniqueness of the house. High ceilings, shelves throughout the hose and decorated very well. The front bedroom was very large and had 2 walkin closets and garden tub, sinks on both walls and big walk-in shower.. The front living room area is nice with area for sitting and talking. Kitchen is very large with great appliances and very big with a very large stainless steel farmhouse sink.The whole house is very open and feels very roomy. The laundry room is very big with nice sink and big washer and dryer. The tv room is very comfortable with a 80 inch big screen HDTV with 4K picture.The hallway bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink a toilet. Door from this bath goes out to covered patio and lanai. Also in the hallway is a smaller bedroom with single beds.At the end of the hall is a large bedroom with a king side bed. The bed was exceptional memory foam mattress that we slept great on. Right off the bedroom is a small tv room with pocket doors. The room has a new powered recliner couch for (2) with cup holders in the center, a single recliner and nice straight back leather chair. The bathroom off of this bedroom is a combination shower and tub. The outside covered patio,15 x 30 pool and screened in lanai , very large couch, loveseat and chair on the covered patio is great.

House is great. Pool was very clean. Very comfortable atmosphere and everything we needed to use during the week worked well.

Within a very short time we felt at home here. Upon arrival everything was spotless and we were surprised by how big it was. The pool area is very private because of the mature plantings situated around the property. We especially enjoyed having our morning coffee outside and listing to the birds waking up around us. We would love to visit this home again in the future.

Melissa was wonderful ! Everything was fantastic. The home met all our needs; I was in awe when I walked in. It definitely felt comfy and homey. Thank you for a great time!
