Peaceful retreat, just 10 minutes outside of town

Home was lovely, spacious and very clean. Lots of extra touches and amenities (lots of coffee choices, snacks, wine were much appreciated!).We loved playing ping pong and poker with our family. Great stay for KU Family Weekend. Would stay again! Rock Chalk

Our group was in town for a bike race. We all arrived at different times. Each time someone walked in the door the immediate expression was, Wow, I'll just stay here and see you after the race! It is a beautiful home, don't hesitate to book your large group. The wine, healthy snacks and local honey were a very nice touch that we all enjoyed! Thanks for a great stay!!

Probably one of the best VRBO's we have stayed in. This house is dialed in. Everything is thought of. We travelled to watch our son play at senior day for the Jayhawks so had 10 of his family including grandmas. Was plenty of room for all! Thank you for a great place to stay!

Comfortable beds meticulously clean was true to the photos published online fully stock kitchen workout room with a plus we were not there long because we were attending baseball games UCF vsKU it is a drive into the country but it is beautiful out there and we sell wildlife

This was our second family gathering at this house. Everything was awesome. Plenty off room in the house but also a great yard for our Easter egg hunt. From the last report there were 2 eggs we never found.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this property and it’s been wonderful each time. The host are attentive and the amenities and attention to detail are great. We look forward to coming back next year.

Our stay was so much more than just a weekend trip. The house itself is lovely, but the host truly elevated the experience to a new level. We felt completely comfortable, and the attention to detail throughout the home was exceptional. It was exactly the break we needed—one of our best weekends yet. Highly recommend!

The property was absolutely beautiful. It's a sprawling ranch with a basement. Plenty of room for the family to spread out and comfy spaces for them to be together too. We stayed in the winter and hope to return in warmer weather to enjoy the gorgeous wooded grounds in better weather! Highly recommend!

The perfect house for our family Christmas celebration. The decorations, the setting, the views out the windows, the sunset view, we couldn’t have asked for more. We had 11 staying there and 5 more locals joining the celebration. Had plenty of room for everyone.

Beautiful, peaceful home and area.

This home was an excellent place for two families attending a wedding. The home was very clean and had fruit, granola bars, and a wide variety of coffee flavors for breakfast. We enjoyed the private back patio also.

It was a great house that accommodated 3 families. We came in for a KU football game and really enjoyed the house/property.

We had a wonderful time at this clean, family, friendly, and spacious home. I highly recommend this house if you are looking for a quiet getaway or family get together. It had plenty of amenities and space. The house was immaculate!

The property was incredibly clean, spread out, immaculate and surrounded by a fence of trees. The owners had fruit waiting for us upon arrival and any questions we had, they responded quickly. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, knives, crockpot, coffee maker (individual kcups and pot), blender, cups and dishes. There was a fully stocked coffee bar with snacks. The property is expansive and has a cozy for front porch sitting at night watching the fireflies or gathering in the back around tables to eat, visit or play games. The grill came in handy while prepping large meals. There were fans in each room in case we were too warm. The towels appeared to be fresh and new. The owners had towels and toiletries on each bed upon arrival. Our college son and his friends loved the ping pong table, fuze ball table and access to the Wii downstairs. They may have stayed up late utilizing the poker table as well. We chose this property because of the size and proximity to Lake Clinton. We trailered our boat up from Texas and reserved a slip in the marina for the week so we didn't have to navigate the driveway each day. I would highly recommend this for any gathering.

Maybe the best VRBO I have ever booked. The house is comfortably big for a large group. We had 10 women. Everything was clean. The host went above and beyond to provide unexpected treats, coffee, fruit, win, snacks,etc. The outside decks and patios provided an accommodating place to enjoy the beautiful view. We throughly enjoyed our stay!

The house is fabulous! Not a detail missed (and I’m not exaggerating) ! Brian is a great guy. Ashley was out of town but wanted to tell her how impressed we were with her decorating! We stay in VRBO’s several times a year and this one takes top spot now! We had 7 adults and there was tons of space for us. If we go back to Lawrence we’ll definitely stay here again!
