Peaceful ranch home close to downtown

3 Couples had the perfect stay for Parents Weekend at USC. House was clean and charmingly decorated. Owner was super communicative and even offered early check-in when the opportunity presented itself. (House was empty the night before our stay.) Beds were comfortable and tucked away neighborhood was very quiet but only 20 minutes from campus. We all had the best time with each other.

This home had everything we needed to be comfortable. Plenty of space for us to relax. The screened in back porch was great to sit and enjoy the end of the day. The kitchen had everything we needed for “light” vacation cooking. Loved the ice maker since we don’t have one at home. Beds were comfy. The place was immaculate and welcoming. We brought our cocker spaniel and she enjoyed the fully fenced back yard. Also nice neighborhood to walk the dog and go for a run. Close proximity to Food Lion and Waffle House. :).

The house is in a quiet neighborhood. It is close to places to eat and shop. We found that the house was comfortable and able to accommodate six adults. It is one floor which made it easy for the two 88+ years old family members who were staying traveling with us. The house was stock with the essentials shower gel and shampoo, conditioner and hair dryer. Also there were snacks, coffee, a few cans of soda and sparkling water. Rosemarie was a great host. Thank you again for the use of your home.

I picked this place for the large fenced backyard (travelling with dogs). They loved it! The fence is chainlink, and there is a large hound-type dog next door who will hide in the bushes (on his side) and then leap up to run the fence and bark. Spooked my dogs the first time! But it was not a problem after that homeowner put him inside. There are also little barky dogs in the properties behind this one, but there is a good buffer of sheds and bushes. My dogs had fun exploring the yard. Awesome screened-in porch with fans. Dog bowls of fresh water was a nice touch. Garage is small, but my Honda HRV fit (unload outside, then pull in). Kitchen is outstanding, there were snacks, cold water, cold drinks in the fridge. All furniture super comfortable, had a great night's sleep. Neighborhood is quiet and safe -- lots of dogwalkers in the morning who waved! I would book this again.

The house was amazing and just like the photos! Great amenities, perfect amount of space, and our dogs loved the backyard. We’ll definitely be back if we’re ever in the area again!

My family and I very much enjoyed staying at this home! There were 3 of us, and our 3 dogs. This house is super clean and well decorated. Absolutely recommend staying here!

This was a wonderful home . Super clean, cozy and a perfect fenced yard for our dog. The owner was so helpful. We needed to book our stay last minute and she accommodated us so nicely. Would definitely stay here again . Located in a quiet, family neighborhood.
