Was cozy and quiet. It felt like we we're the only ones in the area. Id definitely go back!

This property was perfect for a short vacation for my siblings and our families (and our mom). The yard was beautiful and well-loved by our dog, the home was well furnished, clean, and new enough to not have squeaky floors to wake up two sleeping babies :) And the convenient location could not have been better. We can't wait to go back again next year!

Every year I choose a different house for my family to share for a few days , usually around the 4th of July. This yr I chose a fun family home in Franconia Beautiful home , closed in back porch, fire pit, comfortable beds, games in garage. A great family get away with peaceful mountain views.

We all had an amazing time during our small family reunion in Franconia. Six of us stayed in the house and we were joined by another couple during the day. We loved playing games on the lawn and in th garage. The area is beautiful.

Reviews are a key part of selecting a vacation rental for us. This lovely home met or exceeded every positive comment that was stated in all of the mostly 5 star reviews. The house was located in a quiet neighborhood and had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable and comfortable. We really loved the ping pong and foosball as an added bonus! The owners were very responsive and helpful! I’d highly recommend this place to anybody looking for a rental in the area.

My husband and I feel fortunate to have found this wonderful house to enjoy our time in a beautiful part of NH. We are former vacation property owners, so truly appreciated all the small and large amenities this house had to offer. The kitchen is well stocked, including spices and condiments, and there plenty of dishes and cookware. All the furniture was clean and comfortable. The new screen porch off the back is an outstanding place to sit and relax at any time of day! Back inside, all the rooms included A/C so that after a super-hot day outside, we could enjoy the view in a cool living room in front of the picture window. There were clear and easy to understand instructions posted inside for the house or items in it and I cannot say enough good about the property owner, who is thoughtful, kind and prompt in response to any question or issue. We brought our chocolate lab puppy, Ruby, who celebrated her six-month birthday on the screen porch with her very own frozen pup cup from Secret ice cream in Bethlehem NH which just 10 minutes away. (Their signature honeycomb ice cream is amazing.) This house has a large and lovely level back and front yard, so perfect for pups and kids to play. A bonus during our stay was that the property's giant blueberry bushes were loaded so we were able to pick enough for a delicious breakfast of Polly's Pancake Parlor pancakes (mix purchased at the Franconia market) with fresh blueberries and NH maple syrup, of course. So good!This house and its location have it all! Great place, fantastic owner and the very best of the White Mts right outside the door. We'll be back!

We enjoyed our stay - it was peaceful and a good location for visiting the Franconia Notch area. Recommend!

The house was wonderfully laid out. Labels and instructions were around to help out. The pellet stove was a lovely treat at the end of the day. I would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay. Plenty of sleeping space and three bathrooms were a big help. Our kids spent hours playing air hockey and ping pong. Location makes it easy to get to everything in Franconia and Sugar Hill area. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes, pots, etc. Not like some rentals that grab a four pack of IKEA plates and think that’s somehow enough. The place was spotless when we arrived. The owners were responsive and helpful with all of our questions.
