Peaceful Pool Home Near Airport Heated pool

This is an excellent property. The air conditioning works well. The staff had cleaned the house thoroughly. The stone near the drive needs repair. The dining room furniture is a bit threadbare and the table shows scuffs. The house is all equipped, especially for coffee; there was a Keuig, regular coffee pot, and an electric kettle. The list of amenities matched the contents of the house exactly. The property is minutes away from the airport. We would stay here again.

The host was VERY responsive! Pool was perfect. Was within walking distance to grocery store and gas station.

The host was very responsive answering my questions before my trip began. The host even made a point to contact me verbally when the previous guest left the property damaged prior to our arrival making it very difficult for the host to get the place fixed and cleaned prior to our check in time. The host worked very hard to make sure the property was fixed and cleaned before we got there, including having the pool vacuumed and cleaned for us! When we arrived the damage was fixed and the place was spotless, you couldn’t even tell any damage was done! The property was continently located for all our trips to tourist destinations. The pool was clean and heated! The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials for cooking. I would highly recommend this property as being a great place to stay for large families!

Host was very responsive and helpful in advance when I made a scheduling snafu. Stay was seamless with no need to contact the host. Family enjoyed the spacious layout with room for everyone. The pool was a hit after a day at Busch Gardens.

Location near airport was ideal for us. Basic items for every day living were available. Access to a pool was enjoyed.

This home was perfect for our groups 2 night stay in the area. The pool was perfect (we added the heat for a March visit) Although some of the decor is a bit outdated, the home was clean and in good condition and the communication with the property manager was excellent.

This house was great and very clean! Plenty of space for the 8 adults we had with us. The pool was an amazing addition and the host was very helpful and timely with all of his responses. Will definitely book again for our future trips!

Very nice place had everything we needed

The heated pool was a favorite of the kids. The location was great and pretty central for restaurants, beach excursions, and even downtown adventures. The host was great at initiating communication and very quick response if I reached out for any reason. The house had all we needed for a week of glorious Florida warmth in the winter.

This home was absolutely beautiful and a comfortable stay. The only detail that could have been better was the cleaning of the kitchen. We went in with disinfectant wipes and there was an orange substance that came up from every counter surface including the bar area. The communication with the owner was impeccable.

The place was nice . I was disappointed the motor that heats the pool goes off at night when the actual heated pool is needed.
