Ran Ranchos Del Sol was as advertised..... property was large (5 Beds - 4 1/2 Baths) to fit our Family very comfortably. The kids LOVED the backyard and all the features (pool, ping pong, pool table, Fooseball and corn hole.... not to mention all the pool toys and floats). The Kitchen provided plenty of room to feed our small army and the family room was comfortable enough to watch a family movie. I'd ask the host to update the shower head in the master bedroom as the water flow was quite low. Maybe a nice handheld shower head would be a nice addition. Outside of that this was a perfect property for us.

We had a such a great stay at this vrbo. The house was extremely clean well maintained and had everything we need for a relaxing trip for my girlfriend's birthday. It was a perfect place for a group to hang out make memories and enjoy the Arizona sun. The host was very responsive helpful and easy to communicate with throughout our state which made everything stress free. All of our guests had such an amazing time and kept commenting on how great the house was we would absolutely stay here again and highly room recommend it to anyone looking for a fun comfortable place to stay

The property was excellent. The layout of the kitchen, appliances in the kitchen, and kitchen supplies were the best of any VRBO property that we've stayed. The bedrooms, mattresses, bedding, and bathrooms were in great condition. The outdoor space including the grills, hot tub and games were in excellent condition and enjoyable. The location of the property was center to all the golf courses that we played.Feedback from everyone staying at the property was that it was convenient, in great condition and the best VRBO that our group has rented.

Jessica was a fantastic host - extremely responsive and accommodating. She communicated in a timely fashion and answered all of my questions.The house is laid out well and had all of the amenities we needed. We especially liked the outdoor area - pool, grills, game tables. I’d most definitely recommend this as a place to visit.

The house is absolutely perfect, location and amenities. Jessica is awesome to work with and responds quickly to questions. This was our second stay in this house and we would do it again if travel plans work out.

It was warm, relaxing, fun stay! convenient to most anything with and 8-20 drive!!! Some mattress upgrades would make a world of difference! Played in pool all day & the pool table was a big hit! Would stay again!

This home is beautiful and has everything you could possibly need for a stay! We loved the pool and hot tub the most! The entire property was kept beautifully and felt like a home away from home. The area is quiet and spacious. Highly recommend!

Any issue was quickly resolved. House had everything needed in order to relax, dine, and gather! Outside activities were great, kitchen and great room are open and spacious. We will return

We came in for our son’s wedding in March. This was a fabulous place for us to stay. We had 6 of staying and added a few more the last day. Pool and hot tub were clean, wonderful swimming. Lots of areas for little groups to sit and chat. Guys had fun with pool and ping pong tables. Kitchen is wonderful to serve a family group buffet style. Awesome Sven that held 6 pans for a brunch. Bedrooms and baths all great. Highly recommend!!

Beautiful home with lots of space. The kids loved the pool table, ping pong table, and room to run around. The hostess was amazing surprising us with wine, bottled water, and treats. Very easy to communicate with! Will stay again if we have another baseball tournament in Phoenix.

This property was everything it was advertised for and more. Perfect place to gather and enjoy the backyard oasis or the comfy living area. The extra bathrooms were nice with so many guests. It was very clean and well furnished. Its location is perfect for a day in the city without feeling like you’re in the city. We will definitely be back!

By far the best experience I’ve had staying at a vacation property. The host was amazing the home had everything you needed. I usually would have to buy supplies but this home had it all . The host was easily accessible as wellAnd always kind and did her best to accommodate any extra things we needed. Worth every cent .

Plenty of sleeping arrangements and bathrooms for families. The outside space was wonderful as well. Would stay here again!

We had a family thanksgiving event here. Very well equipped...all the cookware we needed was there. Everyone loved the outdoor space. Jessica was easy to communicate with. Highly recommended!

This property is one of the best rentals I have stayed in throughout the country. It had everything you need for a relaxing and fun vacation, along with kitchen related or paper goods items. It was very spacious and allowed for different personalities to feel comfortable. It is close to many restaurants, bars, or stores, and even the highways to visit other cities in AZ. I would want to stay here again, thank you!!

This back yard is amazing, the kitchen and living room area very spacious for hanging out. We were attending a wedding in Gilbert, the location was perfect. This is an older home, but they have updated it to make it feel and look much newer. If ever needed we would definitely book this house again.

We had a great stay! There were 4 couples and 1 adult child. The house worked for us perfectly!! The weather was unexpectedly hot during our stay but we survived because of the wonderful pool and great air conditioning! House was centrally located to several of the areas we needed to go for a wedding we were visiting for. House was well stocked for 11 people and we will definitely look at returning when we are in the Phoenix area again!
