Stayed Dec 31, 2025We had a wonderful stay here! The home was very clean, cozy and had everything we needed. We found the beds to be comfortable and the kitchen well stocked for basic cooking needs. Loved that the laundry room was spacious with room for shoes and bulky ski gear. The location is very peaceful and only a 10 minute drive to the Sapphire Valley resort area for skiing, snow tubing and amenities. We loved the indoor pool and arcade. The hosts were excellent! Very kind and responsive. We thoroughly enjoyed our winter stay here!

Stayed Nov 6, 2025The house was very cozy and comfortable. The rooms were clean, fireplace was very cozy and the perfect ambiance. The host Todd was very informative, communicative and a joy to work with. He came and blew off the leaves off the porch, Super nice host! Todd goes above and beyond for his guest and I will definitely rent from him again.

Stayed Apr 14, 2025We have stayed here three years in a row, each time it’s been amazing. It fits 6 very comfortably. It’s in a perfect location. The kids love being able to go to the amenity center (pool, mini golf, arcade, ping pong, playground, basketball court). Your very close to plenty of very good restaurants and a ton Of beautiful hikes

Stayed Feb 14, 2025Great location for the property with neighbors but enough space between. The house itself was just right for four adult men to sleep and lounge. We appreciated the use of the fireplace during the chilly days. Hosts were very responsive to questions. Overall great experience.

Stayed Mar 4, 2024House is just as advertised. Comfy beds, Big shower. Nice kitchen, nice neighborhood. Home base for Highland's mountain excursions. Caesar's Head state park, and lots of waterfalls near Rt 64!
