Entire property was clean & check-in was easy. Julia left a couple of beverages & treats for us, which was a sweet touch! The use of her zoo & safari pass was also a great bonus. We would definitely stay here again!

The house always smells lovely, is very pleasant, the jacuzzi was always functional and well-heated, the pool is deep and great for swimming, has lots of toys for the kids, is very well-equipped, and taking a ride on the lake in the pedal boat was lovely. Julia was very kind and attentive, always willing to help and make our stay more enjoyable. Despite it being a house, we always had privacy; we never saw anyone, and we didn't have the pleasure of meeting Julia either. Thank you for everything; I will definitely recommend you to everyone I know.

Julia was so thoughtful. When we arrived, there were two glasses and a split of wine cooling in the refrigerator and cookies on the counter. She had placed pamphlets on various local attractions on the counter also. The home itself was absolutely gorgeous and spotlessly clean. Would love to go and stay again.

My wife and I had a great stay here. We were here 2 nights. Everything was clean and the owners were accessible via text if we needed anything. Our stay was just to relax and enjoy time with each other. The pool was absolutely perfect. They had accessories for the pool, plenty of towels. Having 2 bathrooms was nice. The kitchen had everything we needed. The lake was peaceful and I enjoyed kayaking with no one else on the lake. Hot tub was great too. Will definitely plan to return again next year if we have the opportunity.

We had a great stay in Omaha! The lower level of the house was perfect — spacious, clean, and very comfortable. We loved relaxing in the pool and jacuzzi, and the sauna was a great bonus. The paddle boat and fishing were fun for the whole family, and the pool table kept everyone entertained. It was also a great home base for our trip to the zoo. Highly recommend!

My family had a great time! The house was very clean, lots of towels, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make meals. My kids loved the pool! Yulia was responsive and helpful host.

We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub and we really appreciated the use of the zoo and safari membership passes that the host left for us. Everything was clean and the host was available for us anytime that we had any questions or requests.

What a wonderful place! If you are looking for a place in Omaha look no further! This place has it all. The kitchen is well stocked. There are all kinds of soaps and lotions and oils available to use. The pool was great, lots of toys and floaties for the kids. The hot tub was very relaxing. The view of the lake was beautiful and lovely to sit by with a cup of coffee. The host gives nice clear check in instructions. Enjoyed the zoo passes, was a nice bonus!

This place is amazing! We walked in and fell in love! It is beautifully decorated and we loved the beach theme! The place is exactly like the pictures show! We didn't get to enjoy the lake as much as we wanted because the weather was chilly, but having that option was nice! The owners were easy to book with and replied quickly if we had a question! The pool and hot tub were both a hit with my family! The view of the pool, hot tub and lake is what sold us to stay on this property!! We will forsure stay again if we ever go back to Omaha!!

This property & host far exceeded all expectations! Julia has this place decorated so beautifully….you truly feel like you’ve walked into a lovely beachside (lakeside) oasis….with al the comforts of home! The kitchen & bathrooms were impressively stocked with all the essentials & more! She has clearly thought about the details….from the welcome chocolate & impressive stock of complimentary hot teas & coffee, it was such a relaxing & enjoyable time! The lake view & hot tub were fantastic. We hope to return when it is warm enough to use the pool. It was gorgeous but still a little too chilly outside to comfortably swim (first week in May). Our 9yr old LOVED the big assortment of games, foosball table. My husband enjoyed playing pool & reading near the fireplace with the view of the pool & lake. The host also had a great assortment of local brochures & books to help us learn about the activities in/near Omaha. We ended up going to several places including the zoo based on her recommendation. We visited from out of state & will definitely be booking a return trip!

Communication from the property manager was very clear and response time was great. The property was very clean and organized. Everything worked as we expected (hot tub, sauna, pool table, etc). We are from another state so there was plenty of brochures about the location and where to go to eat and for entertainment. We even forgot some essential items like toothpaste and the property was stocked with all those items. Highly recommend.

Our family loved the pool, kayaks, games, and outdoor space! This property has SO much to offer in any season. It was HOT so we didn’t spend much time in the sauna or hot tub, but that would have been fun too in another season. This was probably the most impressively “stocked” property we have ever visited. The kitchen and bathrooms had everything you cold ask for! Highly recommend!!!

We enjoyed our stay and made good use of the pool and spa and enjoyed the lake in the background. Well stocked kitchen for making our own food.

This home is very comfortable. We paddle boarded and used the on site kayaks. The pool and hot tub were fun to relax in after a day on the lake. The property is clean and comfortable. Almost every comfort was on site, and Yulia was there for any questions. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Omaha.

The property was exactly what we were hoping it would be, with lots of attention to detail all around! The house was lovely and fully stocked, inside and out, it had everything we needed. The host was very kind, accommodating, and super-responsive. It was quiet and relaxing, the outdoor area was beautiful, and the inside was spacious and clean. Very nice sauna inside and the kids enjoyed playing foosball. We went fishing, took the kayaks out, cooked on the grill, enjoyed the pool, hot tub and fire pit. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We rented the property to attend a graduation. With the beautiful backyard and view of the lake our stay was tranquil and relaxing. The owners were kind and generous and have created a wonderful respite from the hectic world.

Our host was very responsive to our request and always readily available. The amenities in the house were more than adequate. The pool was clean with plenty of seating/loune chairs. My wife used the kayak on the lake and thoroughly enjoyed herself. The dedicated parking space made getting in/out very easy. Plenty of restaurants/grocery stores nearby. Would definitely stay here agin
