Peaceful home right near downtown - walk everywhere, 2 dogs welcome

We loved coming here to the river to enjoy time away from the city. We loved the views, the spacious, beautifully decorated home and the opportunity it provided us to spend time with family. We definitely will be returning here in the future.

Great roomy place, quite

I read the previous reviews and even though the property is very nice, little things were noted in previous reviews we’re still unaddressed such as the door knob very loose…the mattress on the brown sofa sleeper is badly stained and pillows were musty smelling. The outside of the building is in bad need of some wood replacement and paint. But the inside has been renovated and is very nice. I would consider renting this property again.

House was very close to Main Street and an east walk to all the shops. Very easy check-in and communication was good. We cooked breakfast each morning. Wish they additional pans but we made do. The doorknob to the front of the house bedroom was extremely loose and it seems it’s been that way since 2023. Speaking of that bedroom, you have to take a running start to get I to it. I’m 5’5” and easily could have used a step stool. Lol. Shower had instructions on how to use it, and we figured it out. House was very clean. We enjoyed our stay.

We had a geat family holiday! The condo was amazing! Very nicely decorated and Beautiful view from the balcony. There is an indoor pool on the property that my kids really enjoyed. The property is also within driving distance to some really nice hiking trails and some good restaurants. The host was had good communication during the trip, was responsive, and polite. Highly recommend!

Needs a deep clean and maybe inventory and replace old kitchen items pans

Great location and space.

There was no oven. We took food to cook but couldn’t. Shower knobs were difficult to operate. Host wanted to show house during our stay. We were not made aware of the house being for sale at the time of booking. Parking was horrible unless you have a small compact vehicle. We were supposed to get reimbursed for a day due to the host needing to show property but have not been so far. I would not recommend this property to anyone

The home was located just a short distance from the main street in Fredericksburg. Very comfortable king size beds in the 2 bedrooms. Bathrooms are nice with plenty of room and fresh towels. Parking is located behind the unit and away from the street. There is a nice screened in porch on the back and an open porch on the front.

Expected coffee for 4 people 3 days. Expected more glassware and dishwasher. House was in need of a few repairs too.

Place is amazing! View was great. Pools were very fun. Deer on property to see everyday made the trip. House was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Highly recommend.

All good. One of the lights in the kitchen needs attention. It goes off and on.

Great time was wonderful place to stay.

House was very clean, nice neighborhood very easily accessible. We just were never made aware that since the house is listed for sale that the property would randomly be shown by realtors (who accompanied families) and they’d just be walking in during our stay. That was really unsettling because we never knew if during our stay and we were out, if people would be walking through while our belongings were left unattended. And having a realtor walk in and wake us from a nap was definitely not fun either so communication could be worked on between owners and people staying.

Our stay was comfortable other than we had 5 people and the pull out couch had no sheets. We were able to make do with our own blankets. The house is cozy and convenient to shopping and eating. Would stay there again.

Enjoyed our place. Great area close to Main and enjoyed the wineries as well. This home had the best comfortable bedding and all amenities needed for our stay. Recommend thisn lovely place!

Very close to everything only one block from the main drag very clean and well equipped

Door knob in master headroom set screw missing. Had to purchase to fix. Toilet in master bath had no plunger to correct slow flush. No towels to dry dishes in kitchen there is no dishwasher or disposal in sink. No hot pads in kitchen. Other than that accommodations were nice, beds comfortable and furnishings very nice..

The house is very clean and furnished nicely. It’s a bit of a walk, but doable, depending on your destination and physicality. It’s a 20+ minute walk to Auslander’s (one of our musts when visiting Fredricksburg). It was a nice stay for two couples.

Overall we loved the house and location. We were a bit surprised (but looking back shouldn’t have been) that house had no oven. My wife planned a meal that needed the oven We realize now it never said it had one. Otherwise all was great.

Poorly maintained. A lot of stuff not working, such as ice maker, fans, shower heads. Simple fixes, no one seems to care.
