For modern convenience the casita has a full washer/dryer, G-fiber internet (500 mbps) and there is a Level 2 EV charging station down the block! Step outside into the beautifully landscaped shared backyard adorned with modern touches, green spaces, and a private front porch.

Situated at the back of our property, the house shares a walkway with other guesthouses, yet it remains completely private.
