Great stay! Enjoyed the board games!!

The home is clean, spacious split level with 2BR/1full Bath on both levels. I use forearm crutches and the stairs were a good rise.Nice deck with a large fenced yard against a park.

We love the house! It is very spacious, yet cozy! Hoping to stay there again on our next trip to St. Cloud.

Peaceful Getaway was exactly as advertised - peaceful! This house provided the perfect home base for my family as we came together for a few days of CSB/SJU Homecoming fun. The beds were comfy, super nice towels, great kitchen and lots of space. The 2 living rooms with roomy couches and big tvs were perfect for playing games and watching shows together. Much appreciated the early check-in which allowed me to do the nearby Sams run to be ready when the kids all got there. Wonderful path out back to a sweet little playground - nice, quiet neighborhood close to everything we needed. Highly recommend this lovely home!

Family from all over came and stayed for a small get together It was perfect for that.

Great repeat stay

I would request you clear television history before next guests arrive. Our nine year-old, turned on the television and saw some very inappropriate adult content. Extremely disturbing!The lamp in the bedroom, directly behind the upstairs living room, does not work. I think the switch is broken.We did find extra linen in the laundry room. However, we weren’t sure if it was clean or not. So, when we went to use the air mattress, we weren’t sure if the linen we found was clean or not. Maybe, after linens are cleaned, they extra linens should be put in a closet somewhere for the guests to use.

Easy to find and quick communication. The process was easy to book, check in, and check out. Everything matched the description and pictures and easily accommodated all of our family.

The property was in a nice neighborhood, close to shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend. A few things we feel would be helpful for the host to consider, additional blankets, softer pillows a regular coffee maker . The supplies such as cups are 5 and we had 6 people. Also an introduction book listing property information, nearby places of interest, local medical facilities etc.

We enjoyed everything about this house! It was cozy, clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed to make it feel like home! We will definitely choose this home again when visiting our family in the area!

Outstanding home away from home.

Overall, great stay. Clean in a quiet neighborhood. Only issue we had was tripping the breaker in the basement when more than two things plugged into outlets at a time in the basement bedrooms. Once the panel was located and items relocated, not an issue.
