Great house with lots of space! Comfortable beds and lots of hot water for all our needs. Property manager was responsive to needs and repairs. Watch out for bears in the neighborhood. Never leave food out or in cars unattended even for 5 minutes! Close to trails and easy drive to Lake and downtown historic Truckee area. Pool table was a fun distraction and hot tub was relaxing. Needed propane for BBQ, but we were fine cooking in oven. Thanks for a great stay!

Used tampon found on deck near spa, 5 large garbage bags left in garage full of party garbage. Numerous stains in carpet, neighbors yelling at us at 8:55 to get our children out of the spa. Expired fire extinguisher.

Our family had a wonderful time at this home. It is in a quiet neighborhood but close enough to restaurants, parks and the like. The home is very spacious, the beds were super comfortable, it was nicely equipped with everything we needed. Quick response when we had a small issue that needed addressed.

We loved the ease getting to surrounding towns and South Lake Tahoe for outings.

We stayed here for a family get together. Having 5 bedrooms, 3 with King beds and appointed bathrooms plus the room with a queen bed and one with bunks with a shared bathroom for those rooms worked really great for us. The kitchen was well equipped and had high end appliances and lots of work space. Lots of sitting room for meals. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool table. Highly recommend this place.

This cabin was wonderful in so many ways. The furnishings were outstanding, they thought of everything you might need. The views were incredible, the neighborhood is quiet and easy to access, and the parking is ample. There were a few glitches during our stay, such as the hot tub was cleaned after our arrival, and a tv that came on randomly. Overall we’d recommend this property with the disclaimer that you need to really do your research prior to your stay. Take the 3D tour! I’d messaged asking if there was a ground floor bedroom and bathroom for my 90yo mom who uses a walker…there is, BUT the “ground floor” is up a long and steep flight of stairs from the garage. This house has a LOT of stairs. Just be very aware of what you’ve signed up for when renting it. If you’re an active bunch of travelers, who are fit enough to climb multiple flights many times during your stay, this is the perfect spot for you!

This is a very spacious house with lots of bedrooms and common space. The proximity to both Northstar and Diamond Peak is amazing. It is pet friendly.

This was a lovely house as shown in the pictures and the amenities offered were a draw for our family reunion in North Lake Tahoe. The house itself was clean and spacious. What was terribly disappointing was the availability of the amenities that had drawn us to this choice. When we arrived we planned to use the grill for our dinner. We were surprised to see that it was locked closed with a bicycle lock. Not locked to the deck…actually locked closed. It took us 45 minutes to obtain the code to unlock it so that we could use it. None of the managers available seemed to know the code and much calling around to many people finally revealed it.Later on in the visit we went to use the hot tub. When it was opened we found the water green, scum on the walls and slimy seats. Disgusting and so disappointing!Later that day we went to use the grill again and almost immediately ran out of propane. When I called to see if we could obtain another tank the person texting with me insisted that the grill was somehow linked to the gas fireplace. Clearly this wasn’t the case. No new propane could be obtained on the Saturday night so we cooked on the stovetop. Sadly when we tried to keep the smoke level down with the overhead vent we discovered that it didn’t work. I blame the managing agent, Vacasa for these inconveniences. Clearly this is a giant organization with many layers and no great communication between them. Quiet, serene, and roomy! We had a great visit and got to see the whole lake thanks to the convenient location in Kings Beach! Super family friendly and the hot tub was a bonus! TVs in every room, everything in good working order and a fully stocked kitchen made for waffles for our 2yo! Lots of stairs, but to be fair- we were in the mountains :) overall a fantastic find and we hope to be back!

Beautiful spacious home that was perfect for our family reunion. Conveniently close to the stores and the beach as well. Would definitely stay here again!

Location good, enjoyed the lawn areas around the home in the back and front. Enjoyed the deck and hot tub and oool table also.

Nice, big home, with bedrooms with their own baths. We were a group of 8 and never felt crowded. Well-equipped for cooking. Nice setting in the trees. Close to Kings Beach town, so Safeway is close. Beautiful yard.

We loved our stay at the cabin! It was prefect location for North Star. We had three families stay and the rooms setup was perfect for it! Would love to stay again!

We all enjoyed our stay here. All the rooms were nice and clean. Surroundings were beautiful and not far from restaurants and shopping. Loved the pool table, that was a nice treat for all of us.
