Peaceful Fairhope Retreat-large home on 1 acre lot!

Quiet area with big yard and spacious house. Close to everything. The house looked newly renovated with fresh paint and beautiful floors.

This was the second time my friends and I have stayed in this lovely home. It is bright, spacious, very clean, and comfortable! We were all impressed with the welcoming atmosphere of the property with its beautiful, huge backyard in the peaceful neighborhood. It is convenient to downtown Fairhope and perfect for a large group with plenty of individual space. We will definitely book again!

The house was very spacious and comfortable. Huge back yard and nice patio area. Well stocked kitchen. Great water pressure in the shower!

This was a last minute booking because of a death in the family - so we were very lucky to find this house available at such a good price. We received clear directions to find and get into the house. It was clean and spacious and the AC was on - exactly what we needed after a long day of travel and The bedrooms were extremely comfortable, and there was plenty of room for my adult sons, both over 6 feet tall, to relax. My husband and I were both able to use our laptops to work with no problems. The location was very quiet, which we really appreciated! Thank you, Aaron!

We had an amazing stay. The property was exactly as described and shown in the photos. It was clean and so very roomy. It was the perfect place to hold our family business meeting conference. We will definitely be coming back here next time!

The house was as described and better. SUPER clean! Check in was a breeze and communication was great. The location was just what I needed as it was 35 minutes from the Mobile Convention Center and 40 minutes from the Beach. Fairhope is a beautiful town. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

The house was beautiful and the neighborhood was lovely. Conveniently located to stores/gas stations but not a busy town. Overall, it couldn't have been in a better location. The house has lots of room and a nice sitting area on the patio and the yard has lots of room to play volleyball, kickball, cornhole, etc. The host was wonderful to work with also. I highly recommend this property for family vacations!!

The house was the perfect size for our family of 5 and perfect location for what we needed.

Easy door code before check-in. Unit is extremely nice, very clean and comfortable. Unit was way more spacious than I expected. TV room was big, relaxing and very comfortable. I wll definitely use this unit If available, each time I go visit my daughter in Fairhope.

Perfect for our golf weekend. We spent much of our time on the golf course or at local restaurants but it was excellent for our weekend. Clean, 4 bedrooms Ave just as advertised. No issues whatsoever. Highly recommend if you plan on staying in the Fairhope / Pt. Clear area. To the host, thank you.

Great home - very spacious and up to date. Has a coffee bar, nice kitchen, laundry room, and two living rooms. Bedrooms and Bathrooms had ample room. Easy access to all areas of Fairhope. Perfect for large families. Our children and their families stayed with us everyone had plenty of room. The owner is very accommodating and easy to get in touch with! You don’t want to miss out on this one

This property met all our high expectations. My friends and I are cleanliness freaks, so we were commenting constantly how pleased we were with the sparkling appearance. It was very spacious for the 6 of us.and close to downtown Fairhope. We will stay here agai in the future.

We had a great stay. We really enjoyed all of the living area in the house and also the nice back yard!

Everything about this stay was just right. Communication with Aaron was so easy; he answered questions and gave instructions in a timely manner and was so helpful about all things. The house layout was perfect with the bedrooms and living rooms being on one side and a full extra large comfortable den being off the kitchen and able to be closed off. It was comfortable, nicely decorated and had all we needed. If we have need of returning to the area and renting again, I would definitely check on the availability of this property again.

Property is beautiful, perfectly maintained and very well equipped. The host, Aaron, was extremely professional, responsive and flexible when we had a couple of hiccups in our plan. Would absolutely stay here again!
