Very nice accommodations and very clean.

Very clean. Kitchen was extremely well stocked. It even was stocked with enough delicious coffee for our entire stay. The host was very accessible. Loved the openness of the home. Was perfect for our family girl’s getaway. Will definitely try to book for next year’s trip.

It was a short visit. Didn’t have a chance to use the pool, but it was lovely. I would book it more often if it were pet-friendly.

This sweet little house is PERFECT for a stay in Fairhope. Everything was spotless, the owners were so easy to work with, and the property itself is just wonderful. We had a great time and will be back for sure!

Cute cottage had just about everything we needed! It was walking distance to downtown Fairhope and the Eastern shore of Mobile Bay for beautiful sunsets. Check in was easy with a door code. Check out was super easy too; only had to empty trash. The beds were comfy. There were plenty of towels. The pool was small, but nice. Pool loungers were comfortable. Enough dishes, even though some were pretty high to reach. The washer was also too high to push any of the buttons. Fortunately, a step stool was provided in the first bedroom closet. The house could have used some inside door mats. It rained every day and we were tracking it inside, even with wiping feet on outside mat. There are two other cottages very close and even though there are pull down shades on the living room windows, we felt like the guy next door could still look right in. All in all it was a nice comfortable house in a great location for our sister trip.

This house is a gem, in the heart of Fairhope. Close to everything. The house itself has everything we could have needed for our girls trip. Very clean. Loved it!

This house was perfect for a getaway friends trip. Everything downtown was within walking distance of the front door. The house was just as expected upon arrival. The pool and the BBQ pit were a nice touch for hanging out with everyone during the day. We look forward to booking this property again next year.

Adorable little cottage with on trend interior finishes. We didn't use the pool (forgot swimsuits), but it looked inviting- even in the December outside temperatures. Open floor plan living area and kitchen have everything you need, and plenty of seating options. The bathrooms are nicely appointed with two of the nicest showers I've seen in a VRBO to date. Plus, the bathrooms are nearly identical, so no guest feels like they drew the short straw. Water pressure was great, too. Bedding was clean and comfortable, and towels were abundant and good quality. Washer/dryer was very convenient. Only complaint: Street light is bright and is visible through one of the bedroom windows (window treatments don't succeed in fully blocking out the light). Light-sensitive sleepers might consider packing a sleep mask for their trip. Overall fantastic house, within easy walking distance to Downtown Fairhope, and responsive and communicative property managers.

7 70+ year old women gathered to celebrate a birthday. We really had a wonderful time and your 108 N Church was the perfect place. Plenty of room; comfortable beds; lovely bathrooms; amazing kitchen! The location is perfect for downtown Fairhope shopping and dining. We’ll be back!

Everything about the location was perfect! The house was great and is short walking distance to the beach and downtown. We enjoyed using the saltwater pool everyday! We would definitely stay here again!

The home was exactly as shown in the photographs. It was exceptionally clean. We were provided with quality bath products, liquid hand soap dispensers. Kitchen well stocked for our cooking needs. Quiet area easily accessible. In walking distance of all downtown Fairhope. We loved the coffee and coffee brewer. Pool area was clean and perfect for our family.
