Stayed Apr 27, 2024As advertised, we've stayed in the area and chose this location from prior stays near by. Love the location , convenient to all our relaxing needs. Having the 1/2 bath on first floor is a plus. Overall the house was clean, but there was an issue with a pest problem above stove and east wall above the toaster, each morning there was what appeared to be wood shavings, we'd clean up and the next day it would be there again,carpenter ants or termites, whatever it was made us not want to use the appliances or leave things out. I think it was termite droppings. The only other thing that was a problem the code to the garage didn't work, and the owner had a car parked too close to the front of the garage we could barely get around it to get in the house, had to carry the trash can over the car and a Hobie Mirage Tandem kayak to the trash can out and back . Almost impossible to store beach equipment and our bikes in the garage. All in all it was a very nice home with gray neighbors and a friendly resort staff.

I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love Cedars East, however 8xx houses are a bit far from the sea compared to 5xx.It was OK, but the fridge didn't work several times, and they couldn't fix it even though we stayed for 7 weeks, and the apartment wasn't clean on arrival, other than that, everything was good

Everything clean and ready for our late checkin. There was a problem with the WiFi but one call and they immediately sent some one to fix it. Perfect stay
