Peaceful Braden River Oasis: Main House

The screened in porch overlooking the river was the best feature of the house. So nice!Outdoor shower is great as long as you have good weather. Spiral stairs to upstairs loft area made me dizzy! :)Master BR etc was niceProbably need instructions posted to help figure out how to work the TV’s. Luckily we had savvy tech adults with us! Overall good. Good probably use a thorough cleaning in the living and kitchen area. If you are going to have a family reunion this complex is a great place to stay. Main house plus 2 cottages. Very quaint and perfect for private family and or friends who want to stay close together.

We loved staying at this place in Bradenton. It is quiet and a great place to ride our bikes. It is also centrally located to the restaurants on Main Street in Lakewood Ranch as well as other restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Warm and spacious house were we felt at home right away. Gorgeous veranda where we enjoyed relaxing before and after golf. Generous amenities provided. Host very friendly and available if needed.

Would not recommend this property to anyone at half the price

We loved this property. The natural beauty was unexpected and so relaxing. The vegetation and wildlife were lovely. Screened porch was great even in hot, humid weather. Really wonderful place. Hosts were very nice and accommodating. Thanks Jane and Steve!

The house is amazing! The owner has thought of everything you could possibly need!! It was clean and so much space! The porch is lovely! You have a beautiful view of the river. We loved the outdoor shower and soaking tub. Our only complaint and it will be temporary, was all the construction next door at the Linger Lodge. I'm afraid it is very noisy in the mornings.

Really enjoyed the floral and fauna and the river.Like the layout of the property. However something was trying to make a home on the roof above the master bedroom or in the attic for the first two nights. Soon as I notified the property manager sent someone out it got better for the next two nights but on the last night it was back up on the roof trying to get in the chimney made noise was hard to sleep. Also ant problem in the kitchen tiny little ants in the counters and in the coffee pot and in the microwave. I am sure you would have done something to fix this however I did not notified you about this.

The property owner is a friendly welcoming host. Never got to meet face to face probably more because of covid but he was readily available with a message through vrbo. The location is in a bit of a pricey neighborhood but a very short drive to lower cost areas. Within an hour drive in pretty much every direction is beaches which is nice because it allows options. The only slight downfall with the house was there is 3 bathrooms but only 1 indoor shower. Not a big issue but definitely takes a little working around. Overall it's a great place in a fantastic beautiful and peaceful area of florida. Definitely would stay here again.
