Could not figure out how to get HLN on CNN. Only a minor thing. Rest of stay was great.

My sisters needed a place for a weekend getaway. This was the perfect choice. The house gave us plenty of room, comfortable beds and a lovely view. The kitchen had everything that we could possibly need. Thank you, Cindy, you are an exceptional host!

This was our second time staying here and it was just as good as the first! The house is clean and comfortable, with splendid bucolic views (horses in the front, cows out back). Excellent place to stay when you're in the Harrodsburg-Danville area.

I had my two dogs with me and they enjoyed the fenced in yard. I also enjoyed feeding the horses an apple which I had not done is over 50 years. We used the fire pit behind the house and it was very relaxing sitting outside watching the fire. The host was helpful and quick to respond to the questions we had about the house and things to do in the area. We would stay here again if we are in the area.

Peaceful and quiet...cute cottage. Lots to see and do nearby. My only issue was too many big, fast spiders inside! However, I realize the location in corn fields and time of year plays a big part. We didn't have a problem with the crickets that made their way in . Overall, great place!

The home is warm and inviting. Very cozy and clean with a lot of thoughtful extras. The host was very communicative and helpful. The whole property is beautiful, well-maintained but still keeping a rustic charm. We will definitely book again!

The house was beautiful, cozy, and well taken care of—plenty of privacy too! We were not too far from town (Burgin or Danville), so if you’re in need of some late night ice cream, Finns was a great choice for us! Couldn’t recommend this visit enough!

As a well-appointed guest house on a farm, it was a welcome, quiet get-away with no traffic to speak of. It was within driving distance to many distilleries on the bourbon trail, so nicely located as well.

Drive up to an amazing welcoming committee, consisted of a ton of cows waiting along the fence. Our golden went nuts but soon got used to them. Very quiet, a friend asked me if it smelled like farm….NOPE!!! It was such a great place. Had everything we needed. We would highly recommend to everyone. Cynthia went above and beyond with emails making sure we had a great stay.It was 30min to a hour to everything we were there for. We stopped Harrodsburg looking for a bar/restaurant our first night And came across the best pizza we have ever had. Also had dinner at the Beaumont Inn. Great hospitality and good food

This is the cutest little place to stay! Didn’t realize how in the middle of the farm we would be, cows grazing just beyond the backyard and horses out the front door, all while being so quiet and peaceful! Definitely a great place for rest and relaxation, but also not too far away from everything. Cindy was great to communicate with, and check in was smooth. Thank you for everything, we will be back for our next visit!

Cindy was a hospitable hostess. She texted the day before and made sure I had her phone number if there was a problem during our stay. The home was down a quiet lane and my children just loved the horses and the tree swing, to the point they didn’t want to leave. The house was roomy enough for 4 people.

We loved staying here. Cindy was great to communicate with. We did a lot of site seeing and this home was in a perfect location. It was nice to come back after a fun day and relax in the backyard and watch a beautiful sunset. The house was clean and well stocked.
