You’ll be in a prime location—less than 10 minutes to Downtown Austin, the Moody Center, and the University of Texas at Austin. Enjoylive music and nightlife on 6th Street, explore the scenic trails at Lady Bird Lake, or shop and dine in the vibrant Mueller District.

There is plenty of free street parking directly in front of the house, and we also have a private driveway available for guest use.

The home is single-story and designed with accessibility in mind. The front entrance is wheelchair accessible with a small ramp over one step for easy entry. Please note, while the home is accessible, the bathroom features a standard bathtub and does not include a walk-in shower.
