Nestled in a quiet neighborhood with off-street parking for up to three vehicles, this spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home offers an ideal layout for both relaxation and entertainment, while being conveniently situated for visits to the Gulf beaches, Benchmark International Arena, Busch Gardens, the Riverwalk, Ybor City, Dunedin, and local recreation like the Upper Tampa Bay Trail. The primary suite features a queen bed and a en-suite bathroom complete with a large shower, deep bathtub, and double wash basins. A second suite offers a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower with access to the pool deck. The remaining two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a queen bed, share a bathroom with a shower-over-tub combo. The fully equipped kitchen features an electric stovetop, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle, and a French press for your morning coffee, along with all the essential cookware, crockery, and cutlery.
